55So grateful for a spot like this. The pups enjoyed exploring so much and especially loved the creek to cool off. Thank you, Elizabeth, for providing your spots for us to use. My nervous pup can’t do dog parks due to other dogs taking advantage of his submissive nature and Sniffspots like this help so much. Will be back for sure! Kirsten W.

55Didn't make it on this visit due to weather, but impressed with communication and the site in general. Now that I know where it is (Candler covers a lot of territory), I'll be sure to visit soon. channing m.

55Both my dogs got so much enrichment out of this adventure! And I could pretty well relax since it was sufficiently fenced (my dogs aren’t jumpers or diggers). We spent about an hour there and they would have stayed even longer if they could. Cell service is low, which really helped me pay more attention to my dogs and how much fun they had. We heard one other dog barking once or twice but it was out of sight thanks to trees and distance.
Humans: I advise tall socks and long pants and sleeves, since the grass is fairly long and many little bugs live here. Make sure your dogs are getting their tick preventative. Definitely check yourself and your dogs for ticks, too.Sara W.

FAQ about our Asheville dog agility parks
Are dog agility parks safe?
While public off-leash dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than city parks. Contrary to a typical dog park, with Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect safe place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. As always, ensuring you use park dog agility equipment safely is also key to an enjoyable experience.
