Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by wooded complete with a few trails. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens to live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. There is a hose to wash off and drink from. (On the house next to the camper) Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you!
Small pond. Cut grass. 4.4 acres partially fenced. One neighbor. Chickens in a coop yard. Gazebo. Swings.
Come enjoy this beautiful, fully fenced, 2 acres nestled amongst the countryside of South Mountain State Park’s Black Rock Ridge!
1 acre, fenced front yard with option for pool use during the season. Feel free to use any balls and toys in the yard or on the porch. Enjoy a rest on the porch or picnic under the trees. I hope you’ll enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood and the mountain view. You may message me to invite our dogs to play! Nala is 30lbs and will be shy at first but loves to run and play with other dogs. Maisie is 50 lbs and energetic. Message me if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! I get it, I’m a parent!) Have fun and share pics! Thank you so much for enjoying our yard!
We call it Vaikunth which means Heaven. We feel that no matter what stress we are going through, our backyard always calms us down. Backyard of an Estate Home in Shenstone Farms. Open & fresh air & has a lovely view. Completely doggy fenced. Wood with wire. The yard has a slope as it is on a hill although quite a bit of it is flat. Come check us out if you like peace, tranquility & and zen atmosphere despite being right off of Route 7.

We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Wifi: HSH Password: HardStruggleHomestead Be forewarned that our land is on the side of a mountain so the walk up the driveway will be on a slow incline. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. Come for our glorious sunrises on the creek and sunsets in the fields or just to enjoy the day exploring the fields and creek. The dog area starts past the broken black fence behind the house and goes down through the fields and into the woods. I would appreciate it if you would kindly please keep the dogs leashes and wait until you are past the broken fence to allow your dog to do any business. To get to the creek, go past the broken fence and keep going down the hill to the back tree line. I have included a map in the pictures. And then just keep walking; it’s about five minutes from the house to the trailhead. We have set out fluorescent yellow markers on the trees on the back tree line as you approach the trail. We also put up a blue sign that says “To The Creek” at the trail head. Once in the woods, walk down the steep hill and take the trail to the right at the bottom of the hill. You will see a red barn. That trail will take you out to a spot where your dog can splash around and I’ve cut a few trails to explore back there. We are looking forward to having you and please reach out if you need anything special or want to chat before coming.
Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

We have 10 mostly wooded acres on the side of Braddock Mountain (right off Highway 70) at the end of a private road. There are also some open grassy areas around the house. 🌲 There is an unmaintained trail through the woods just beyond the driveway, indicated by a brown ‘Trail’ sign. PLEASE NOTE: The property overall is on a steep hill so it is best for those looking for a little more adventure. 🛑 We do not have any pets. You may occasionally see wildlife in the woods though so please beware and understand you are accepting all risks when you make a reservation with us. FULL DISCLOSURE: At times, we block our Sniffspot calendar to allow hunting on the property so there is always a possibility of finding animal remnants. ☝️ We approach Sniffspot as a ‘set it and forget it’ operation. Our goal is to share unused space with the community because we no longer have pets. We do not actively invest time and money into ‘perfecting’ our Spot or creating additional offerings like you may see with other Spots. 📧 You will receive a message from us a few hours before your visit with Wifi and other information. 🌎 We accept last minute bookings but please know that we travel often so you may visit at a time when we’ve been away and the grass may be longer than usual, or the garbage more full than usual. Thanks for understanding! Happy Sniffing!

Our yard, though not enormous, is the perfect spot for your pup to run and get some energy out! It’s lengthy so there’s plenty of room to throw a ball, frisbee or other toys. Our dogs enjoy running in circles and around the trampoline. We have one of the largest lots on the street and the pups love playing back there. It’s fully fenced but please make sure the gate is latched upon entering / exiting. We find our dogs rest under the trampoline for shade when needed. There is a trashcan on the deck should you need to deposit waste or you can use the rake/ bucket system we have and we will deposit it later. There is a water bowl on the deck. During warmer seasons, the hose will be turned on and there will be an auto dog spigot attached. Once your pup learns to drink from this - they won’t stop! There are various toys spread throughout the yard. There are 2 chairs and a table on the back deck available for you to use to sit and watch your pups play. We are backed against a black trail so you’ll sometimes see walkers walking. There’s a pond across the street which is fun to walk with your pups along with a waste station should you choose to use that. One neighbor has a dog and one doesn’t so you will occasionally see a dog outside. Parking - we suggest you park on Destiny and walk down the path to our house. You may enter through the gate which will be easier than coming in through the front.
Welcome to beautiful suburban Frederick! Minutes from downtown, we have tried our best to offer you a top-notch experience. We are dog owners ourselves and hope that all the things we have waiting for you will be engaging and relaxing.
Fenced area ( Chicken wire & Metal post) beside a forest creek. Large running area for pups. Table with 4 chairs for pup parents to sit and relax while their pups have fun. Doggy bags, toys, bug spray, sunscreen, trash can, dog treats, dog bowls & water is provided. You will have the entire place to yourself during the length of your visit. There are 2 other dogs on property but they will remain indoors during the length of your stay. You may bring music, food, drinks but please make sure all trash makes it into the provided trash can. Please also use the provided dog poop bags to pick up any poop before you leave. Please keep dogs on leash anytime they are outside of the fenced in area. There are stray cats in the area that neighbors take care of and we don't want anything to happen to them if a dog goes after them. We are also on a main road and don't want any pups going out on the road. You may park in the driveway. Have Fun :)
We have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! We’re just minutes from Interstate 66 & 81. We are also offering many amenities such as cold water for you and your dog! A dog pool, plenty of chairs located sporadically in the shade and one in the middle with an umbrella for shade! We have even put a hammock out there if you want to relax while your dog gets his/her energy out! We have also provided toys, costumes for dress up, light treats and we have a water source for cleaning off the paws as well as towels to dry your pooch before getting back in the car! The private dog park is 100% fenced in and while you’re here our dogs will be in the house so they are not a distraction. All you need to bring is your dog and yourself and you’re sure to have a great time! The proceeds from this Sniffspot will go to our Nonprofit Animal Rescue, Maci Blue Animal Rescue! We hope to see you soon! 🙂
