You will get use of the full 10 acres and our cattle will be watching you play from there slice of heaven which is separated with fencing. 2 acres all fenced, barbed wire and gates around the whole property , a large area in the upper area securely fenced, (repairing part of it due to the snow, ) a creek to play in, leashed is best for that area parking on top of lot by the house, my dogs, all small are inside and have a separate fenced area for them. Country setting. As it gets hotter parts will be your call due to being in a rural area where wild life is present every now and then. After the first visit and you get to know your parimeters, You will be left to enjoy your pup and the beautiful area to enjoy together.... Pets must be vaccinated with current rabies proof. There is a hose to provide water for your pet also, the water tastes great and its ice cold. Please byob....bring your own bowl. Dogs must be socialized and non aggressive. Alpha dogs should be on leash at all times other then in the fully fenced area.....thank you

Please don’t let your dog jump on the fences, and please keep them out of the vegetation. There’s lots of room to run around and play; grab a toy and have some fun together, off-leash, where you are unbothered.
