Enter the yard through the gate. Please feel free to use the table and chairs; please do not use the grill! Sunscreen and bug spray are available along with hand sanitizer. Quiet neighborhood in the back of an older, established community. Fully fenced yard (4 foot tall fence). I have a completely open space on the main backyard, as well as a fully enclosed smaller dog run area on the side of the house! Enjoy relaxing in lounge chairs, patio chairs and a table with an umbrella. There are doggie toys, water bowl and a hose for use.

A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the neighbors yard as well, but not in my own yard. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!
