Pet Ponderosa Resort & Spa offers premium pet grooming and boarding services as well as dog walking, pet cleanup, and pet transportation services. Now introducing our additional fenced area for your convenience, ensuring a safe and private off-leash play experience. Something to note if you have a reactive pup: Pet Ponderosa is a dog boarding and daycare facility. There will be dogs barking, and at times, dogs will be on the other side of the fence of the sniff spot.

Perfect for reactive, fearful, and/or less socialized pups (i.e. new rescues, fosters), and any dog who needs to just run their heart out! Tug ropes, Chuck-its and balls available in various sizes, including glow in the dark for late night/early morning romps. Bags available for blackberry picking during the season. Lots of space for your pup to run around and for you to sit and relax. WiFi included. If your pup wants a playmate, my 4-year old mix is super friendly and would love to play! If not, that’s great too. Come check it out! While my pup and family love our yard and hope you will too, the ground can be uneven with depressions, holes, and roots. I’ve tried to mark the holes, but may have missed some. As with any yard, hazards may exist. Please be careful and enter at your own risk.

Fully fenced backyard with access through the back gate. Please come in through the gate on 4th Street E and 190th Street. See photos for where to park. Essentially anywhere along that fence is just fine. To come in via the back gate: Kick aside the cinder block and just pull one side open. To secure the gate once you are in, latch the gate closed on the inside. Please do not remove the side of the gate that is latched to the ground. It can be a little tricky to latch, but my 5 year old can do it, so hopefully it's not too hard for other strangers.

New to Sniff spot so open to suggestions and we’re a hip camp if you want to stay the night! Please keep in mind it is the wilderness and we do our best to tame it. We're on site when you visit and are here for guidance. First timers we will show you where to go. We would love to also bring our dogs out for play time if you got friendly animals. We have private river access in our back yard. We're on a cliff (please be careful with our trail) so you shouldn't run into anyone. We do have access to the river bed for even more exploring, bring your water shoes to walk a cross the water for even more exploring and swimming!- No reactive dogs across the river as that's our island we share with the neighbors.

Come enjoy our peaceful 3 acre fully fenced private dog park! Enjoy the park like setting with grassy area and seasonal creek! The property has a shaded forest area with wood chip trails. Gazebo, fire pit, doggie waste station, water, water dish, treats, doggie pool are all included. See you soon! 🐾

Five acres of partially mowed fields and a natural wooded area. There is a small clean pond and access to south prairie creek. Bring a picnic and enjoy nature. The creek has a variable current, so it may be best for larger dogs. The pond would be ideal for smaller dogs who aren't strong swimmers.
