I have two areas see pictures please. One area is for larger dogs chasing balls and toys. The other area has tires to jump run through and a area that has a shade area. If you want Splash pad turned on please let me know before visit( I understand not wanting car wet when they are done), this area is for small dogs also has wire at bottom so less likely to get out. Dogs to be fully vaccinated per Sniffspot rules.

Very unique and fun area. My sister brings her 4 huskies over occasionally and they all love it.

2 acres of pasture, huge open area to play fetch, we have a wash area with hot water for muddy paws or bodies! Our maintenance person took a vacation and hence the explosion of azollas. Given the size of our pond, it'll take a while for us to clear. Something to keep in mind if your doggy loves to splash and swim! (not harmful to dogs at all) We currently don't offer the rinse/shower pad yet. Thanks for your consideration! *** It's a 10-acre property with a vineyard, free-range chicken will be visible upon entering. Big open space slightly downhill on the left side of the vineyard. The middle part of the property is a small kid's playground that opens up to the pond where ducks and wild geese hang then it opens up to another open field terrain on the right and a small wooded area on the left which is still open and connected to the pond. This is the property line which is a WATERLINE (no fencing along waterlines) Once grape season starts which is typically the end of August-October, wild turkeys and deers may be visible because they love partaking from our future harvest but would be okay if your dog shoo them away :) Around harvest time may see more people than usual, intermittently due to harvest but sniffspot is way far down the road, so no worries about space! Summertime gets dry but we mow the land and the vineyard is in full bloom! Winter is a dormant period, rare to see people only a couple in the the middle of vineyard trimming around January until Spring time. It would be best if your dog is trained to do recall. If you are unsure about our property and still have questions and concerns, you are more than welcome to do an ocular inspection and if it does not fit your dog's needs and capabilities, we'll be more than willing to refund you, just send us a message. Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Welcome to Redwood Acre Ranch! Have your own private dog park with you or your friends on a local farm. Fully fenced, pooper scooper, trash can and water bowl. Please confirm first with us before booking. We do have a livestock guardian on the property so we would like to have the dog secured before visitors. Parking on the street. $15/dog/hour

Lovely manicured lawn, fully fenced, lots of running and playing room, dogs, who like to dig are allowed and there’s a great pool for swimming in in the summertime. I will provide fresh filtered water, dog, bowls, some toys and a cooler of waters for Dog parents . tables with chairs, a bench and more amenities to come.
