This is a 4.93 acre property that is located in right across the street from the MD sunrise corn maze. The property is half field and half woods. There’s a path that accesses the woods in the back right of the property and you can follow it through all the way to the quiet neighborhood of dairy farm estates where you can walk your dog/dogs also. Please use the path and do not cut through neighbors yards. Depending on weather the middle of the property can get pretty wet so please be cautious.

This spot is fenced and spacious with lots of shade and places to dig. Lots of shade and space to run. Can play with or without my 4 medium dogs. Bathroom just inside the kitchen. I have a cooler of waters and sodas for purchase and always have pup water and toys.

68 acres and wooded trails and a large open field, located down a long privet driveway. Let your dogs run and play without the worries associated with a public park! We do have chickens, goats, and dogs on the property but they are either fenced in or in the house during your visit.

Welcome to The AmericanK9 Dog Ranch! Our huge field is fully fenced in! We have a wide variety of amenities for our guests as well! We have water on site in the field, poop stations in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! This is a pretty small backyard and we’re really mainly looking for dogs who want to play with and tire out our puppy! Enough space to run/roll around but would be cramped with more than 2 dogs.

We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy the outdoors! ****EFFECTIVE APRIL 1**** Our back large field that leads to our wood walking trails- please remain to the right side following tire mark trail. It is hay growing season and need to commit to that trail. This will be in place until our hay cut at the end of the summer, early fall. *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. This has been an increasing issue on our property. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. *****please take note for friends looking to use fenced in area-we have slats that need replacing****** This is on our spring repair list this year, so please use with caution. We also do sell our farm fresh, free range eggs, as an addition to our services, which you will find in the extras. You can add in with your reservation! We can’t wait for you all to visit! Welcome to our Clarendon Sniffspot! Our “dog park” is a fully fenced, grassy yard with enough room for fetch and zoomies! With enough booking notice we provide the following amenities for you and your pups: dog toys, fresh water, bug spray and sunscreen, and poop bags! Our street is fairly quiet, but we are surrounded by apartment buildings so you may occasionally hear children playing or dogs walking by. Our fur babies love it and we know yours will, too!

There is some information for you. 1- We have parking for one car (you can use the driveway or also park on the street in front of the house). 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.
