Organic herb & lavender farm with fenced in pasture for your dog. Only 1.3 miles North of Longmont but you will feel like you are miles away. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have smaller enclosures that can be used for training or new dog intros. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the slot that ends at 8:30 to watch the sunset).

45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Sweet, fully fenced area close to open space in southwest Longmont, 10 minutes north of the north end of Boulder. Our small dog, Oliver, loves to play fetch and run around with other dogs in the yard, so let us know if your dog would like a playdate. No worries if not! Most dogs also love seeing the cows across the street, and going in between the shady and sunny spots. Nice for humans too – it feels rural, but it’s just outside of town. Beautiful view of the mountains. We have a chuck-it, some balls, baggies, water & hand sanitizer 😊🐶 enjoy!

Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

Our back yard is often called “dog heaven” by our family and friends. Now you can enjoy it too! Let the pups roam around our 1 acre backyard with plenty of room for playing, digging, and even dipping their paws in the creek (summer only).

Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

Gorgeous view of entire Front Range and Rocky Mountain National Park Peaks. Hike around a Ponderosa Pine and Juniper forest on 12 acres of sloped hillside on a mile long trail and stop to have a picnic. Phone service is spotty. 4mi Private Dirt road up to the house. We have three acres of semi fenced field. The western fence is split rail. The fencing on the south, east, and north sides are wire fencing. It keeps the neighbors dogs out and keeps our Shepherds on our property. There are golf balls in the field as we practice golf out there and we can't always clean every one of them up. The neighbors dogs to the south will come to the fence and bark but they can not get through. There is a picnic table available to hang out at next to the chicken coop and parking area. There is a round table and chairs under the apple tree you are more than welcome to sit at. We have chickens on the property but they will stay fenced in while dogs are using the property.

Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot: Over 1 acre of fully fenced (6' chain link) field area with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is now packed sandy soil, though the lush natural vegetation of the spring is starting to return. A walk around the interior fence line is about 1/4 mile so it's great for the active dog owner too. It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. While my field area is strictly for the dogs, there are horses in corral areas next to the dog field. The horses will return to their summer pasture in April/May. My neighbor has loose chickens on his property. Neither the horses nor the chickens are bothered by dogs. Dogs may bark out of curiosity and that's totally appropriate and ok, but they soon realize that with no reaction there is no need to bark. Sniffin' Hours are: With the spring approaching I need a day for field and outdoor maintenance so will be closed on Tuesdays. Other than Tuesday, Sniffin hours through the work week are 8:30 to 5:00, Mon, Wed, Thu, & Fri and Sat & Sun from 9:00 am to 5:00. You may reserve time up to 14 days in advance. **CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS THROUGH SUMMER 2024** As of 4/9/23, we are closing our spot through Summer of 2024 so that we can do some major landscaping and building projects in our background, as well as let our grass re-grow. We are super bummed to have to close down for this period of time, but we are super excited to re-open with a MUCH improved space for both dogs and owners alike. We are so excited to welcome you to our spot :) When we purchased this property, we were thrilled that it would offer our two labs more opportunity to run and play and now we can’t wait to share it with you! Our fully-fenced 0.25 acre yard offers the ideal space for your pups to get some exercise, train, or just have fun. The property is currently a mix of grass, dirt, rocks, and sticks! When it’s not snowy, we have two outdoor seating areas, one shaded and one in the sun on our deck. For those snowy/rainy days, we have covered seating under the overhang of our shop. Our spot offers a private road entrance, private parking, and a private gate into our yard so you can come and go at your convenience. The entrance gate currently has ~7-8 inch gaps between the rails, so very small dogs could squeeze through. Fresh water, toys, and a trash can will be provided, and I work from home so I am available if you need anything. We live in a very quiet neighborhood, but our neighbor’s older golden retriever is occasionally outside, as are folks out walking their dogs. We can’t wait to host you, and look forward to hearing your feedback as new hosts! .

This is a private 10 Acre Ranch called “The Funny Farm” here on the outskirts of Boulder County. I keep my front yard as a parking area and my backyard as a sanctuary!!! I’m from Annapolis, Maryland originally and so is my girlfriend. We’ve been together for 4 years here in Colorado. She has a 5 year old lil girl so we are kid friendly!!! Lost of toys for dogs and humans. My house is a tiny house… there is a bathroom you can use but we prefer to keep everyone outside, especially for the first visit. Our deck is amazing for sunrise/sunsets and it provides a nice view of the Rocky Mountain 🏔️ National Park. There’s a huge willow tree on my property so there’s plenty of shade in the back yard area… I used to have a swimming pond but it was too much trouble so I’m currently working on filling that in and making it a sitting patio. I’m a carpenter by trade… so I enjoy working outside. My family ran a nursery called Evergreen 🌲 Genes back in Maryland… so I grew up working with my family for 20 years. These days I mostly chill with my husky and family so I’ve been looking into alternative methods to make money during the week. I also play music for a living so my schedule is flexible and late at night/weekends. I haven’t been playing many gigs lately just working in the studio in downtown Longmont. So I’m around the farm pretty much most of the day. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I have a million dog bowls for water and tons of cool dog related activities. My dog is super friendly but if you just want privacy that’s fine too… we can discuss arrangements…. But if you have a pack animal and want a play mate…. Zelda Princess 👑 Bear is the best. Currently I have a small dog staying for a week and she has been living it up!!! I have two different dog pools… one for small dogs and one for large animals that the small ones can’t even get into if they tried 😆 All and all… I’m a huge animal lover. I have half an acre of open space/farmland for dogs to run around on. I have great views and a gazebo where you can watch your dog from. I do have dogs, a cat, chickens, and ducks, but they can all be in their own separated coops and inside the house. The property is fully fenced and I have horse panels if you want to section out part of the yard for your dog.
