Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. We have visited this school, the children and families are such in need. Thank you for helping us make the world a better place, one reservation at a time!!!! This is an off grid goat farm. It is steep and rocky in areas. There is a spring with fresh water down in the bottom. There are friendly goats and one friendly cow that likes to say hi. When walking around, please always be aware of your surroundings and watch for rattle snakes.

Our Sniffspot space and the building under renovation share the same large driveway, but the entrances/exits are totally separate from each other. The yard itself is not being touched, and crew have been asked to not enter the yard unless permission is given. The Sniffspot yard itself is large and separate from (but adjacent to) the building, and the crew isn't working every day, but because I usually prefer to give our guests total privacy, I want to disclose this for anyone interested in visiting. As our guest, you may see or hear construction going on inside one of the buildings, there may be a couple of work cars in the driveway upon your arrival.
