The Pooch Playground is an approximately 1/4 acre fenced playground on a picturesque, rural working farm. Nestled against a small wood, the spot is far enough away from the house and barn to give a sense of privacy. The pool will not be available until June 1st. The ball pit did not survive the Winter, a new one will be purchased soon!

My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! We believe a tired dog is a happy dog, and an even happier owner 😉

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. Fully fenced in yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Plenty of chairs and a bench for owners to utilize to relax. Once the weather warms up the gazebo onsite will be the perfect place to get some shade stocked with drinks for owners and treats for dogs! An onsite doggy pool will also be provided weather permitting.

Please come enjoy 75+ acres of wooded trails!! This property has continuous access to water and is off leash friendly. There are dogs on property due to my dog exercise business but they will be secured during your visit. We have a fully fenced area that has kids toys and is plenty big for dogs to run and play together. We also have 7+ acres of cleared woods that will offer lots of animal smells, jumping, and digging if you want to explore!

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.
