Hi! My partner and I have home with a fully fenced yard in a cul-de-sac in La Mesa. The backyard has a couple trees providing lots of shade most of the year. The backyard ground is mostly grass. A great space for your dog to run about. This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through the right side gate to our side yard. Please do not open the latch to the back yard. Previous dogs have urinated on the AC condenser unit. The neighbor in the back has a dog that is sometimes there. We hope you and your dogs will enjoy our space!

We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. There’s rocks available for dogs who loves rocks. Agility Course (FOR DOG USE ONLY) is included in the price. Please remember to return all borrowed toys into the toy bin. Thank you. We recently purchased our home and I would love to share my backyard with your pups to help get the zoomies out or to just bask in the sun! Our yard provides a mixture of terrain including turf, grass, DG, mulch & rocks! Along with lots of space for play, you have the ability to add on our top deck which includes a refreshing pool & a hill the pups love to run up! The yard is fully-fenced in with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a tree swing for both kids and adults (under 160 lbs). There are no other dogs in adjacent yards but there are across the alley . This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through a side gate to our back yard. Taylor pond is a 5 acre pond located in the heart of Poway. The amenities include a grass yard and yard in the back filled with wood chips and a eucalyptus grove as well of course as the pond. Keep in mind when you bring your dog we turn to work in the yard and also rent out a building in the back to Airbnb. So please make sure your dog is friendly with people.

Hi! My husband and I have a home on a third of acre on a small quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of La Mesa. The backyard is very large and is terraced, so it’s great for exercising dogs or sniffing around (lots of great smells). There are also many fruit trees you are welcome to (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and fig). We also have a pergola with 4 chairs and a fire pit. Lots of shade is provided by our pecan and jacaranda trees most of the year. The backyard ground is a mixture of brick pavers, gravel, and mulch. We have several hoses throughout the yard that you’re welcome to use as much as you want. There is an empty koi pond that can be used as a splash pool for dogs too with our hoses. We also have outdoor electrical outlets and strong WiFi if needed. It’s a hillside home so there are great views of Mt. Helix and even the ocean on clear days. It’s a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

After opening the gate under the JP LONGSTOCK RANCH sign, and shutting it behind your vehicle- you can park next to the shed and let your dog run free in the very secure and spacious ranch hillside. The spot consists of 3 acres fully fenced with a shed and picnic table offering a rustic ranch experience with views of the huge almost 100 year old historical barn where the Buffalo Soldiers once kept their horses. Now used as a breeding and riding ranch, you will likely see the unique leopard spotted Appaloosa X Friesian horses in their paddocks or turned out enjoying kicking up their heels (sometimes with their babies) in the nearby arena. The shed has electrity, free Wi-Fi, privacy, drinking water for you and your companion(s), fire pit, colorful picnic bench, couch, chairs, and table stocked with puzzles and old school games. The area is large and wide open for your pups to play and run with some large trees, a kiddy pool and horse shoe pit. Enjoy the spectacular desert mountain views surrounding the rustic charming ranch. We offer rock painting, using our metal detector to discover old treasures left by the soldiers, tours of the barn and meeting the horses all at a small additional cost if you choose to add some extra entertainment. If not, just enjoy your time with your pet(s) and make yourself at home. The vibe here is very laid back, clean and welcoming. We can cater to almost any requests so please let us know what you would like your experiences here to be like or any special events or instructions to give you the most quality out of your time at the ranch. There’s is a mountain attached to the property, so your animals will enjoy trailing up and down rocks and hills. There are plenty of human activities to do, simply hike around with your pets, or relax in any of our seating areas located around the entire premises. Unlimited water to drink and play in, treats and more! We also have stuff for the humans (little ones too!) Small dog friendly! This park has NO farm animals so there’s absolutely no worries about your pet disturbing or being bothered by other animals. There’s are 5 adult, child and dog friendly pups on the property but they stay inside if you want your pup to have the land to themselves or they’re reactive of any type. The Sniffspot Field is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised access to for the time that you have booked. There is fresh filtered (RO) water and access to toys in this area at all times in addition to other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional enrichment at no additional cost. Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. There has been, however, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings and don't say a word, and return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's unreasonable. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, thank you, Michele, which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. 🐾❤️🐾
