Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. You are able to move the plastic chairs around as needed! We have tall trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed or you can use the big one outside of our garage.

Our neighborhood home is located off of a cul-de-sac. The fully fenced 2 acres back yard is wooded with various trails throughout the property. We have 2 dogs, a cat, and an indoor/outdoor pig so there are plenty of smells to go around! All animals will be inside during times that are booked. Guests are welcome to utilize our fire pit, picnic table, and hammock for a relaxing stay!

Felicia's Farmette is located at the end of a private neighborhood. The yard is secured by a farm gate, is pesticide, and chemical free for the safety of all 🐕. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles to park to accommodate large pup parties🙂.

Nice fenced in backyard for furry friends to run around. Plenty of sticks and dog toys on hand at all times. Hose, sprinkler available if desired. Basic amenities provided as needed, our 3 lab mix dogs are social and friendly if you are looking for socialization and we are available. Otherwise, they will remain inside during visits.

Come hangout in Reptar's backyard! With the hot weather upon us, we invite your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access to swim. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a pop up tent down by the lake. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for our furry guests. We are even working on an agility course for some extra fun. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find more baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!

Enjoy our secluded dog pasture located on a dead end out in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. We will have camp style chairs inside under a shade sail for your use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred).There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

Private time with your pup on 55 acres in a convenient location! This unique forest / farm has creeks and old growth forest and fields full of wildflowers and wildlife.

The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs!

Park by the cones coming down the drive way they will be in your right. 1.5-2 acres unfenced. You can see other dogs and farm animals through woods and property backs to a fence of another property. Please stay within the marks in the field.

6' high Privacy fenced-in back yard with luscious grass and plenty of trees to mark. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Relatively flat ground and evergreen trees lining the fence for complete privacy. We have recently upgraded to a bigger patio with many seating areas for the pet owners as well.

Approximately .25 acres of fully fenced in play yard! There are digging spots, shady trees area and a nice size ball throwing yard. Animal, people friendly mosquito treated. New patio with seating. The ground can be muddy after rain. The last 2 pictures are the area where water accumulates after heavy, consistent rain.

Lots of shade in the morning, full sun for a couple hours during the day, and scattered shade from neighboring trees in the late afternoon. We have a spacious, secure private fenced and peaceful yard, in a quiet and dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, and a side entry gate.  Our yard has sunny areas, as well as plenty of trees providing natural shade and much needed coolness during those hot humid summer days.  A natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 6ft wooden fence all the way around the property, and a side entry gate.  Completely pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer free yard!  Our ground cover is soft playground wood chips, soft for all pup paws, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies!  We are open during rainy weather too for those of you with rain loving pups!  The overhangs, patio umbrella and tree coverage keep paw parents dry too!  Added bonuses, the chips dry quickly, there's no mud or slippery grass.  Plus the playground chips are a natural tick repellent.  A fresh thick layer of mulch added late April! You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs and lawn chair seating.  We also provide poop bags, doggie wipes and towels, extra dog water bowls, outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills or hose play, elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink and a few refreshments for humans too! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard.  Good space for running, playing chase, frisbee, tennis ball, chuck it, soccer ball action for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around under the shade or in sun spots for the more mature pups!  The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!

Large, fully fenced yard with several mature trees that provide plenty of shade. The yard backs to a wooded area that sometimes has animals walking by (deer and fox.)

8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. The outer perimeter has a cleared walking path as well as the middle of the field. Separate smaller fenced in area (1/4 acre) can be requested for use as well. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it’s on the walking path. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. We are about 30 mins from DC and Va with a fenced in backyard with two entrances (right side gate and back left gate). Backyard is partially shaded and we provide many amenities for the doggies and humans. We have a friendly/energetic 3 year old labradoodle if your doggie wants a play date!

Welcome to our Clarendon Sniffspot! Our “dog park” is a fully fenced, grassy yard with enough room for fetch and zoomies! With enough booking notice we provide the following amenities for you and your pups: dog toys, fresh water, bug spray and sunscreen, and poop bags! Our street is fairly quiet, but we are surrounded by apartment buildings so you may occasionally hear children playing or dogs walking by. Our fur babies love it and we know yours will, too!

We are located just up the street from Pony Pasture park! We have a fully (newly) fenced in back yard that has yet to be landscaped since we moved in last year - perfect for dogs that need to let out their zoomies. The yard is shaded about 80% of the day. We have our own 2yo pitty named Asher who is happy to share his yard (don’t worry he will be inside at all times) - we have poop bags and bug spray for your use. Please pickup after your pet!

Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if you'd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big black trash can in the driveway on your way out. A no frills spot if you just want a nice spot for your dog to run around in for an affordable price. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.
