55What a wonderful place! John was an awesome host. I have 3 large breed dogs and needed a space where they could really run, which they did. My dogs had a fantastic time running and sniffing around. The property is plentiful- with two large areas for the dogs to run. We chose to stay towards the back area of the property side where there was still some water from irrigation- the dogs loved it! Plus there’s a small dog pool, an area to sit under a large tree. I plan to go back soon. Thank you!!!
55John and his family were very nice, even had water sitting in some ice for me. My dogs had a wonderful time! Loved playing in the mud!
55Really great SniffSpot! From east Clovis, it was just a 15 min drive away. There is a bigger space that’s fully fenced (sometimes wild peacocks are roaming in there) but there is also another fenced area further in where they don’t go. Whether you’re in the smaller fenced area or bigger one, both have ample space for a large dog to run! Plus, a kiddie pool, provided water bottles, snacks, and a bathroom! You can see horses, chickens and goats but all were a safe distance away. John, the host, is very kind. We will be back! Thank you so much for offering your property on SniffSpot
55Nice size for dog to run around. Some muddy area, but my dog didn't mind at all. She actually played there most of the time! She had a blast!

Description

The property is 5 acres and fully fenced but 3 of the 5 acres is perfect for dogs there is a long treeline of 50 or so assorted trees mostly eucalyptus 50 feet high. Plenty of parking, indoor bathroom in our warehouse. We also have 6 miniature goats available for interactions if your dog won't hurt them. But the goats are separated from the area by fencing.

Hazards

You and your dog may get wet as we irrigate our fields with canal water provided by the water district of Fresno county this water is for farming and agriculture and is from the lakes and rivers . We irrigate during the summer months ( so currently) on the 4th and 19th so if you don't want your dog wet and muddy it would be good to text to check the status of the fields. I'm told the dogs really enjoy the water.
