Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we recently discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. Beautiful backyard against an old growth forest with massive trees and frequent deer sighting. Fully fenced with 6 ft vinyl coated chain link for safety. There is a great hiking trail behind the house! *(Hike is not fenced in)* If you’re interested let me know and I can point you in the right direction! There is a trash can for poop bags on the driveway side of the house. Also there are stairs to get down into the yard that don’t have a hand rail so if you’re elderly or disabled please use the vehicle gate at the end of the driveway! *Just make sure to check that the pedestrian gate by the front door is closed as well.*
