Come let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.

Please enjoy my retreat from the busy life. My backyard will not only be a spot to accommodate your dog/s for them but also for the owner/s to sit down relax have some sun and enjoy the time. I have a pond full of kois and gold fish which is relaxing to see and feed. I also have a shed if you want to be under the sun in the shade. Many extras to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

Here at dog world, we have 8 rescue dogs of our own, and we love nothing more than to share the fun of our yard with others! We had a human reactive/dog reactive german shepherd, malakai, who unfortunately passed away before we knew about sniffspot, so in honor of him and other dogs like him, offering our yard is something i’m passionate about. in our .32 acre fenced in yard, we want to be inclusive as possible for all dogs and all owners. with that so, what we have to offer in our yard consists of: 🚨**NEW!!**🚨 -DIG SPOT! In our custom made Dig area, your pup can get their digging instincts out by digging as much as they want in their doggy sand pit. -SPRING POLE! Dog lives tug of war? then they will LOVE our spring pole, which consists of a pole that’s deep in the ground, with a tether attached to it. warning, your pup will absolutely want one to call his own after 😜 -pool is open in the summer, all we ask is that you do not let your dogs claw at the liner (stairs are available). if your dog isn’t a fan of a real pool, we have a dog size pool as well. pool latter will most likely be up due to safety precautions, just take it down. -agility equipment! including 3 jumps, a tire jump, a tunnel, 2 sets of weave poles, and and A frame! -plenty of room to play fetch, tug of war, chase, etc -tall sturdy fencing (with the exception of a few *single* panels loose due to weathering. most of the fencing on the property is 6 ft, with the exception of maybe 9 feet being 5 ft on the side. -dog water from CLEAN bowls -plenty of access to both shade and sun -turf and path around deck -very quiet neighborhood -access to hose and pooper scooper -WE HAVE A K9 BLOWER!! no stress when your dog is soaking wet out of the pool. -lots of parking -wide variety of toys, such as balls, frisbees, flirt poles, rubber toys, chuck its and ropes. neighbors dogs are *occasionally* out. they are only visible if you go out of your way to look through the cracks in the fence , but you cans hear them rustling around when they walk. in the near future, more agility equipment, And enrichment activities will be added. -**NEW!!** We now have a doggy-dig-spot! In this area, your pup can dig to their hearts content.

I’ve been enjoying this land for 21 years with countless dogs and friends. Now I want others who do not have access to such a pleasant space, to enjoy it with their pets as well. Welcome to my home.

Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.

Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool prior to your visit. What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! Wi-Fi / covered porch for shade and inclement weather / dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out on / bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses and six chickens, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two dogs - and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case happy to discuss and try it out to see if they play well together. The 24 hrs notice is only required for the first visit, so we can sniff each other out. We live on a quiet street, with minimal traffic. Lots of kids and dogs are passing us by all day, though. Our backyard is fully fenced in with two egress gates. There are two small holes in the white fence, please see pictures, as they are only big enough for small animals to pass through. It's a nice, safe spot and we will see lots of our avian, and some burrowing, friends. No dogs live at our house right now but our neighbors do have dogs, too. We would love for some canine companions to come to play. The sprinkle pool and indoor restroom will only be available if we are actually home for your visit.

We provide a spacious and quiet gated backyard with access to water, comfortable seating, dog toys, puppy pool and a convenient driveway. Late evening appointments are available and multiple guests are welcome. Backyard available for dog parties and people events. Our space provides the amenities to either exercise your pup or just come to lounge around with them.

Tiny apartment? The dog run won't work for you? Visit one of the only Sniffspots in Manhattan to let your dog stretch his legs, do some zoomies, and help homeless pups in the process! We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.

Private yard with view of the woods. May see several deer walking by. My yard is two levels for your enjoyment. There are chairs and a table on the top level and chairs and a fire pit on the bottom level. The bottom level consists of mulch and small stone. There is a swing, small playhouse and a slide for children. There will be a hose and water bowls for your pup and dog treats if you choose the share them with your them. There is also an electrical outlets by the sliding glass doors.

Our spot is a private fenced in rooftop that is approximately 500 square feet in East Williamsburg. Enjoy comfy couches, a hammock chair, tables and WiFi during your stay. We provide dog toys, water, treats and a shaded dog bed. Everyone and every pup is welcome here! Keep in mind the rooftop gets full sun on sunny days. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental.
