45Beautiful location with friendly hosts. But as mentioned in the description, it is best for well trained dogs, as the fencing is open horse fencing so dogs can fit under. The access to the water is great addition! Thanks!
55Beautiful property. Owners are very friendly, understanding and their love for animals is very apparent. Great place to introduce your fur kids to horses and reinforce the “leave it” command. We will definitely be going back. My dogs had a blast. In fact, we left 15 minutes early because Kilo and Loki had so much fun they were exhausted. Lol I highly recommend it.
55Both we and our three large dogs just love this place! The hosts are friendly and gracious, and the area is large and well kept. So nice to have a large dirt area, grass area and even beautiful river access! Gives our dogs plenty of room and time to run at full speed and really get the kinks and energy out 👍
45Beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the description says fully fenced, but it is most definitely not. This place is great for dogs that listen well and respect fence boundaries, but my dog is not quite there yet. I have a 70lb dog and she was able to easily get through the fence and go after some squirrels off the property. There’s a nice area down to the river that is not fenced at all. Another review said “small gap” so I was cool with that, but this gap is at least 30ft. I had to keep my dog on a leash for most of the visit because she was constantly trying to go over to the horse and jump through the fence. Obviously my dog is not well behaved and isn’t a good fit for this Sniffspot, but I probably wouldn’t have booked if I knew more about the fence situation. That being said, it’s a gorgeous place and we enjoyed sitting down by the river and soaking up some sun.
55This is an amazing property with such kind and attentive owners. As soon as our 3 big dogs got out of the car they began running full speed, chasing each other and stretching their legs. The whole property is very peaceful and calming. We spent time down by the river and discovered that our newest shepherd apparently loves the water and literally leaped right into the river! Luckily she didn’t go too far out and was able to get back out on her own 👍 We will definitely be booking again very soon!! This was a great outlet for our dogs and us as well. Thank you Arias’s!!
55The dogs loved it, they had a blast. It’s mostly dirt so don’t wear white lol. There is an opening in the fence leading to the river (as mentioned in hosts’ description), but we just stayed away from that area. It wasn’t a problem for us. There’s a nice patio area where we were able to set our bags down and fill up the water bowls for the dogs.

There are areas that are off limits please. I have placed signs by the chickens, by our horse and side of house where there is a travel trailer. Please avoid this area. Other than that you are able to walk the property.
