55Our dogs had a great time running around the field off-leash! The gates and fencing looked very secure, and it was nice to have plenty of water there for the dogs to drink. We are a little sad that we live too far away to go often, because we would definitely like to!
55What an amazing gorgeous spot. The field is huge and well fenced. Melissa helped work with my leash reactive dog by bringing out 3 of her dogs to practice being calm. My dog did well even with the distractions of new smells……I was distracted by the views!
45Large fenced in area
55This beautiful place is a God send! The owner, Melissa, was so gracious and helpful! Water on-site, plenty of space. Be aware that there is really no shade... so your pups will need plenty of water.
55Great space! My girl loved running around and exploring! To get to the gate to the fenced in area you have to walk through the tan gate next to the sheds you park at and up the hill. Its a great spot with a beautiful view and will definitely be going back!
55My dogs and I had a great time! They are happy and napping at home now ❤️
55This place is wonderful!! Our puppies loved there time here. We will be back!! Highly recommend!!
55We loved this spot! So much room for zoomies. The fence is terrific and felt very secure. Google Maps took us in circles when it came to the address, but we figured it out!
55Amazing experience and we’re so so grateful to Melissa for her support with our dog, Copper. We’ll definitely be back!
55Beautiful spot! Very clean and secure.

Description

Ticket to Heaven is a small rescue farm sitting on a total of 75 acres, where we provide visits to learn about horses, farm and rescue. We have both farm and small animals in our care. In addition to a fully fenced run area (maybe 1.5-2 acre) and an easily accessible private trail loop. All proceeds through sniffspot go directly to the Sanctuary.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

can get muddy, long tall/grass field can house normal field insects (bees, etc), can be slippery and icy during freezing months. Spot is sometimes used as over flow for horse pasture. This is a working horse farm, so not a groomed pristine mowed yard.

Extras

Farm fresh eggs$0

With the longer days are hens are in full production and can’t possibly use them all. We have a small flock so please ask if we have eggs available. Hens are totally free range! We ask for direct donation of you choosing via our sanctuary website or cash

Fire-pit Fun$50

If it is getting chilly, let us know if you would like to enjoy our firepit and the beautiful view. Can be started prior to your arrival for you enjoyment during your visit. Bring a lunch/snack and enjoy the view while your dogs play in a completely fenced area nearby.

Practice makes Perfect$50

Although we are not certified trainers, we have taken in any number of rescues over the years and dealt many challenges. If you need someone to practice with for your dog who is learning (eg. dog/dog introductions)...let us know in advance and we can see how we might be able to help. The price listed is a recommended donation.

Visit to the Farm$100

As part of our non-profit work we love to educate others on rescue and the amazing world of horses and farm animals. Your dogs (if not ready for the farm) can be kept in nearby stalls or kennels). You may have a tour of the farm, groom a horse or maybe even go for a short ride. 100 is the recommended donation for a 2 hour experience, but donation of any amount is appreciated. If you see a block during a time you wish to come- just message us we will see what we can do.

Walk or Play with a rescue dog$0

Volunteer to come play or walk with a rescue pup if you don't have your own dog but want to experience time with one. Donations of any amount are always accepted.

Feel free to reach out via text 603-401-3164 with any questions or concerns. Helpful Info: - Amenities that say "Upon Request" are free to use but I don't like to leave them out all of the time. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.
