We are a local dog training company and want to rent out our field when not in use! We have a fully fenced in area for your dog to run around chasing a ball or even to try out our competition standard agility equipment! We do have a couple of balls but if you prefer to bring your own that’s also fine. You will have the entire space to yourself without any other dogs, we do ask that you bring your own water bowl but we do have a hose you can use to fill it up! Parking is permitted in the drive way as well. Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out!

The Blue House Play Park

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

🚗 LOCATED IN SYKESVILLE, MD (Carroll County) ** The pool is not available to guests at this time. ** 🎉 Events / parties welcome 🎉 Large open, fenced-in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

1)BOTTOM FIELD: open for stretching legs; 2)AGILITY FIELD with several obstacles; 3)PADDOCK AREA elements for good citizenship certificate; 4)NOSE GARDEN for tracking.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

Spacious yard that's great for fetch

The yard extends from the house to the next street and is fully fenced. It is long enough that my throws don't reach the back fence, although occasionally a ball lands in neighboring yards if mis-aimed or bounced off trees. The yard also has a patio, deck platform, hammock, hammock chair, bench swing, shed, chairs, a fire pit, and several trees shading the property. Sticks are plentiful and I've provided a bin with several dog toys. A bowl of water is provided and a hose spigot is just outside of the gate if needed. Upon request I can provide a dog wading pool, sprinkler, and/or a portable agility kit. Regarding accessibility, a wheelchair would be fine onto the patio by the house, but it would be difficult to traverse the rest of the yard.

We loved Acres of fun, this was our first time using sniff spot and it was easy and great. This location was secure, 10 minutes from our house and quiet. Our labradoodle, Fred , had a great time running around. We have a small townhouse yard , so we will be coming again to get him tired.There was water and toys for the dogs.

I like this place! I walked the perimeter with my dog, just to make sure it was secure as advertised, and it was. There were two outdoor chairs that were comfortable and a box full of toys. Water was available, as promised, in the barn entrance. The only thing I would suggest for the owner, is that they install a latch on the pink entrance gate, instead of relying on the ground to secure it when its closed. Other than that (can be easily fixed) I will be back here with my GSP. She's a rescue I'm working with on recall commands, and having a secure, safe, private area so close to home is really great! I am so grateful for this particular spot. It’s perfect for my reactive pup bc there are no triggers and he can just be himself...a huge fenced in space of gently rolling grass for playing, running, working on recalls or just chilling out. Huge yard/field for your dog to run safely off leash or just enjoy the smells. Very quiet and peaceful which is a huge help for my reactive dog. I drove from northern Virginia and wasn’t too bad of a drive on the weekend and worth the time for my dog to be able to decompress. The owner graciously leaves out a dog bowl, toys and there are seats for us humans to decompress as well Highly recommend!

The visit was great. My dog Hachi had a blast there. The fenced yard is huge and well fenced. The entrance is is very easy to spot and enter. There is another half fenced yard in the back, and some of the plants are thorny, so be a bit careful while having fun there. We will definitely come back again, and I highly recommend it to whoever is looking for a large area for their dogs to run around free.

Our second visit and this spot is such a blessing for us. My reactive boy, always on lead gets to be a dog. Even tho I screwed up booking we still made it and I can’t wait to get back. Moses was so sleepy and satisfied. The fenced area has gentle slopes and a cool building to sniff around. We got to practice long distance recalls too. (we need to work more)
