Fully fenced, approximately an acre of backyard of a former Preschool

Our space is roughly 2 fenced-in acres surrounding a 1-acre surface area pond. This pond is between 1 - 7 feet deep in some places so dogs love swimming and running around. The pond is safe for pups to swim in and drink from! We have 10 dogs of our own who LOVE to play in the pond, so we make sure it is as safe as we can. There are no Gators, Snappers, or Blue/Green Algae! We DO have chickens and ducks on the property, but they will be fenced in a separate area during any visits. Please know that we are a very new Sniffspot! We are always working on making things better. Please let us know if you need anything! Parking is on grass, not on concrete. Parking is between the fence and the bush. This spot is not handicap accessible due to the terrain. Please note we DO HAVE A CAMERA in our field for wildlife protection. This land has been in my family over 200 years. I’m working on getting more cleared so more people can enjoy its natural beauty. Camping is also available on Hipcamp website. Any suggestions are welcome!

Quiet and peaceful spot to come and sit and enjoy while your fur babies take off and enjoy their zoomies. Lots of space to run and play and sniff and go potty. Swimming pool available and toys. There are two chickens on the property in a closed pen.

Not fully fenced, must have good recall! But plenty of room to play in a private field with lots of shade and a short walking trail. Hose provided to rinse off if your dog gets muddy playing in the creek!
