55Thank you
55Great yard and my dog loved it. It would have been helpful to have better instructions to where exactly the entrance to the yard is and where to park.
55Great open space for pups to run around in. Yard was pretty clean and love how there was some treats available for the pups. Will def be back.
35This was a wonderfully spacious yard that allowed my pups to race and chase each other at full speed. It was a great 5 star first visit until one of my dogs caught sight of a critter and in a matter of seconds found an opening and disappeared under the fence and out of the yard. It is a really scary situation to be in an unknown area with my dog loose. I immediately contacted Jorge who responded quickly and along with his dad, did his best to help. I feel immensely grateful that my dog eventually returned on her own safely. A secure fence is my number one priority in choosing which sniffspots to pay for and travel to. Jorge was unaware of the gap, felt it was new and said he will fix it. I hope he will be vigilant. Wildlife do make their own byways. If you happen to have a dog with an good nose and strong drive, please be careful.
55Such a lovely property! Very clean, and the treats on the porch are a nice touch
55Great first trip back after one of my dogs had a minor fracture! As always; clean and beautiful large yard!
45The backyard was very clean and enough room to play fetch! The owner provided a variety of treats which Damian enjoyed. The only negative comment I have is that it was tough finding the place and trying to reverse out of the parking spot. It’s in a condensed row of houses on a busy street and the small parking spot is to the right of the house.
55Such a nice spot. Fence is solid, plenty of room, and the owner is so helpful and nice. My immunocompromised dog loves it and I always feel like she’s very safe, toys and food aren’t left somewhere she can grab them before I can stop her. We’ll be back!
55Spacious, secure, and clean backyard with a mix of open space and wooded areas for dogs to explore and play. My pup loved sniffing around the yard and passed out on the couch after our adventure! Jorge was quick to respond to a question I had on my first visit. My pup also loved the treats Jorge provides in a box on the deck. We will definitely be visiting regularly!
55My dog loves it here. She loves sniffing and hiding behind the bushes. Her most favorite thing is the snack box though. Sometimes she just lays in front of it until I give her something.

Hi everyone. Fully fenced yard with parking. The yard is a little less than an acre, with the beginning of the yard mowed, and the rear more grown with a path to walk from one side to the other. Relax and let your dogs explore, play, sniff the latest post from other pals knowing, they are in a safe and secure space. Our pup gives it two paws up.

Come and play in Sammy’s Playground. There’s lots to do. With the entire 0.5-acre backyard fully enclosed by a new chain-link fence (Fall 2022), the pups are free to roam and run to their hearts delight. And, wow… it sure is fun to watch them go!! Zoom-Zoom (important notices on pricing and opening the gate are at close of this section). The areas along the edges of the yard are wooded and make for fun pathways for explorations. The central area of the yard has a slight hill and is mostly open. This makes for plenty of romping and heavy-duty running- including long throws of a ball or a frisbee. Check out all of the photos and read the accompanying descriptions to get a better idea of how Sammy’s Playground will appeal to you and your furry friends!! And don’t worry about the yard (too much). There’s divots and mounds all around, no manicured lawns when dogs are at play. Go for it guys… Enjoy!! As promised, mid-May ‘24, the pool💦 was opened. While it’s likely be too chilly for humans (and even some pups), many dogs will find great pleasure in retrieving their ball or simply going for a dip in the pool. For 💦 pool use, select the corresponding “Extra” for your visit. By June, the furniture, gazebo, hammock, kiddie pool and a whole bunch more will be out for ALL to enjoy as we welcome summertime!! Yea. It’s our hope that the relationships between us and our guests remain great and we haven’t found the need to raise our hourly rate. Yea again! ——- NOTE: to open the gate, simply reach over the top to find the key. Twist/turn the key until it stops. Then, lift the knob on top of the gate and push the gate open… you’re in! The gate automatically closes behind you. Please confirm that it has engaged into the closed position and then turn the key to lock yourself in. DO NOT REMOVE THE KEY. The photos section includes views of the gate, key and lock. NOTE: As an “Extra” listed benefit, you may park your vehicle in an area away from the gate and take advantage of a leisurely stroll down the very-well-kept sidewalks of Park Street and adjoining neighborhoods. This might be a good way to burn off that last little bit of doggy energy or for some leash training while you’re here. This is time AFTER your booked time of using Sammy’s Playground (not a part of it). This is essentially a parking fee. We just don’t want you to run off without taking advantage of all the resources available to you for your dog(s).
