Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. The residents who live on the property will not be interacting with Sniffspot guests. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. *At this time, the yard is available Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Thursday between 8:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. and Friday between 12 p.m and 1:30 pm

The wooded area of our backyard is on an incline. This area offers plenty of shade for your pups to sniff and explore, or get in some exercise by running up and down! We have chairs, a bucket of dog toys, and a water bowl for you to utilize during your visit. We have two seating areas, one or the other is generally in the shade depending on the time of day. Feel free to move chairs around to shaded areas! You can park in our driveway, or in the parking spaces directly across the street. There is an elementary school across the street that has plenty of parking spaces on the weekends when school is not in session.

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! Plenty of shade, and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool. Come visit our Priest Point doggy oasis (near Cabelas). We have ample seating including a hanging bench swing out in the yard, a wrought iron bench, patio chairs and an outdoor couch. A parking pad is available to the right as you come in the gate. Guest gate code will be provided upon booking. Treats and water for the pup is provided on the back patio. Kick back and relax while your dog gets to run wild through the woods. We are a historic stone house set on a National Wildlife Habitat. A little slice of nature, right in the city! We welcome groups, as long as all dogs are appropriately accounted for. Bring a picnic, grab a slice at Fellini's down the street, feel free to hang while your dog plays! Our space is generally quiet and very private. FYI: Yard is heavily wooded, and at a steep incline. Sturdy shoes are recommend if you'd like to join your dog up the hill. Think of it like a fully fenced, off-leash nature hike! SUMMER: It's a wooded property and the bugs are out! We spray the yard with cedar and garlic oils to try and help keep the mosquitoes at bay. We also always provide bug spray for you to use (that is safe for you and your dog).
