I have two areas see pictures please. One area is for larger dogs chasing balls and toys. The other area has tires to jump run through and a area that has a shade area. If you want Splash pad turned on please let me know before visit( I understand not wanting car wet when they are done), this area is for small dogs also has wire at bottom so less likely to get out. Dogs to be fully vaccinated per Sniffspot rules.

Fully fenced fairly flat with rolling hills for walking and running. Space has a few large open areas amongst forested areas with tall pine trees. Perfect for dogs that love to swim, run, play fetch and more. Terrain is mostly dirt with grassy patches and gravel roads. Therefore when it’s rainy please be mindful that it will be a bit muddy in spots. Space also has two ponds with easy accesible beaches for dogs to walk in and swim in. There is plenty of space to bring chairs and relax. We have a dog water bowl near the house that can be taken to any area needed on the property if the house is too far. Please note, we also have two dogs ourselves that are friendly but we will have them indoors whenever a guest books the spot, so you’re pups will have the place to roam by themselves. We also have cats that roam outside during the day so let us know if your dog isn’t good with cats and we can also ensure they are indoors. We work remotely so are typically home and free to help whenever needed.

Our maintenance person took a vacation and hence the explosion of azollas. Given the size of our pond, it'll take a while for us to clear. Something to keep in mind if your doggy loves to splash and swim! (not harmful to dogs at all) We currently don't offer the rinse/shower pad yet. Thanks for your consideration! *** It's a 10-acre property with a vineyard, free-range chicken will be visible upon entering. Big open space slightly downhill on the left side of the vineyard. The middle part of the property is a small kid's playground that opens up to the pond where ducks and wild geese hang then it opens up to another open field terrain on the right and a small wooded area on the left which is still open and connected to the pond. This is the property line which is a WATERLINE (no fencing along waterlines) Once grape season starts which is typically the end of August-October, wild turkeys and deers may be visible because they love partaking from our future harvest but would be okay if your dog shoo them away :) Around harvest time may see more people than usual, intermittently due to harvest but sniffspot is way far down the road, so no worries about space! Summertime gets dry but we mow the land and the vineyard is in full bloom! Winter is a dormant period, rare to see people only a couple in the the middle of vineyard trimming around January until Spring time. It would be best if your dog is trained to do recall. If you are unsure about our property and still have questions and concerns, you are more than welcome to do an ocular inspection and if it does not fit your dog's needs and capabilities, we'll be more than willing to refund you, just send us a message. Our spot is meant for those who are looking to have a fun safe place to swim and play as well as those who want to enjoy some or all of the amenities we provide. Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Our creek as well as many other play areas on our property is used safely daily by our 2 labs, 2 frenchies, kitty, family, friends and Sniffspot reservations*

Lovely manicured lawn, fully fenced, lots of running and playing room, dogs, who like to dig are allowed and there’s a great pool for swimming in in the summertime. I will provide fresh filtered water, dog, bowls, some toys and a cooler of waters for Dog parents . tables with chairs, a bench and more amenities to come.

A beautiful country setting in the heart of the city. Willow Kane Farm offers 1/2 acre of fenced fun for your dogs. Included in our rate is a practice agility course, above ground pool (20ft X 12ft X 4 ft deep) w/ deck, pup pool & splash pad, a dig pit, a variety of toys and plenty of shaded seating for the humans. For your convenience we have a poop control center, first aid kits (human and canine) and we sanitize and clean our toys, small pool, splash pad and water dish multiple times a week. * Please note, this is a small working farm. You are likely to see us out doing chores, sometimes with farm equipment. There are neighbors who have dogs, donkeys and kids that can all be heard and often seen. We board and train dogs, some are vocal. We also have several dogs and they sometimes bark. We are a busy Sniffspot and do have some guests with dogs that dig holes, including under the fence line. We do our best to fill them, however, we always have dogs that dig so it is a constant repair. We provide this space for dogs to do dog things and have fun doing it!
