I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit; so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :) Lot's of toys and activities for dogs including dog sprinkler and wading pool for hot days. Tons of comfy seating and huge deck with table for their humans to relax and watch them get their zoomies out!

We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

It’s spring! Tulips are coming and so is the warm weather! Come and explore a beautiful country escape with your dogs! You’ll have a set of private trails to yourself, with large open fields perfect for training or games of tag! Surrounded by a meadow and a mixed deciduous & evergreen forest, both you and your dog will feel completely at peace! Your dog can even go for a splash & drink in the stream or ponds! (2) adults are allowed with the dogs for a Sniffspot booking. Up to (3) children, under 18, may accompany them. ***All charges are in USD*** Our 1,000+ sq foot indoor training room + 500+ sq foot partially covered potty yard is for rent. Some Training obstacles are available for use during the room rental. Slatmill for dogs included for rental use (please bring your own harness if you plan on using it). Spring pole in our covered potty yard is availed for use, it comes with a ball but you may bring any toy attachment you like. Wall climb is also included in rental (you will need to bring your own Velcro style wall climb toy, belay rope available for larger dogs who can’t be caught). Lots of parking available. No access to bathrooms. Clean up supplies for accidents provided, water tap available for dogs, please bring your own bowl. Please note, our 2nd potty yard at the far side is not currently available for use. Please do NOT use crate in room (you may bring your own if needed). Please wear indoor shoes.

Our back yard is lots of fun for both dogs and humans! We have lots of shade and sun, a doggy bed, dog toys and treats, and lounge chairs for humans. If you have kids, they’re welcome too. Our two little girls love to meet new dogs, but also can stay inside if your dog is shy. Pepper, our Italian Greyhound is super fun and social, and she’s happy to come say hi or stay inside. We have drinks, a washroom, parking, and anything else you need for a comfy play date. Even a plastic pool if your doggy likes to splash! We have a 2.5 year old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog named Millie. Millie loves people, is friendly with all dogs and will play with some of them. Our backyard is fully fenced and under construction as we have lots of work to do but it’s makes for the perfect play place. $5 per half hour.

7 acres of wooded property with access to a large pond. A great space for dogs to sniff and explore! Our property has its own separate marked driveway for Sniff spot clients. We do have fenced sheep on the property so please be mindful of how your dogs may interact with them. ***ALL PRICES ARE IN USD***

Fully fenced large yard with double gate for an extra secure space. Kiddie pool that will be cleaned and filled with fresh water prior to your visit. Plenty of shade and room to run. Does your dog love to dig? Ours too! There are some pre-made holes made by Aspen so your dog can dig in the mud and if you'd like there is a hose to wash muddy feet or in the doggy pool if they like. Water dishes will be filled and limited ingredient treats will be available at your request (please advise of allergies)
