Working Filbert Orchard also known as hazelnuts. This 5 acres of trees is a unique place to explore or wander through Orchard rows. The property is 28 acres total, which you are welcome to explore, but the 5 acres south of the driveway (left as you enter) is exclusively for Sniffspot. The floor is very level, with some mouse and gopher holes, and is beautiful in the spring and summer. You are welcome to bring camp chairs, a propane fireplace, and hang out. Free throwing sticks are everywhere! Puppy play-dates and birthday parties welcome. We have Hipcampers on the property North (right) of the driveway. At the end of the driveway, we have hammocks available for the campers and you are welcome to snag one during your visit and relax. Return the hammock when you depart. We have a fully fenced in back yard for you and your dog to enjoy running and playing!

The pasture has perimeter field fencing. There may on occasion be large animals like sheep or horses grazing in a nearby pasture, DO NOT allow your dog to harass the animals. Any pasture with farm animals should not be entered, there are separate gates to each section of pasture. If you notice animals in the pasture when you've arranged to use it, please knock on the door and we will assist you or direct you to an open pasture.

Memphis’s meadow is fully fenced with new 5ft field fence. The lowest point is a three foot man gate by the house. It’s beautifully sloping park like setting with large mature trees. We offer extra amenities and are always open to suggestions! There is a larger 8ft wide stock gate (also secured with woven 5 foot fence) near the parking area. This is marked with a beautiful wood sign and sharing library. Please help yourself. We have two green chairs please feel free to move them around the yard as you need and a picnic table to enjoy morning coffee, lunch break with your pooch or even a nice evening picnic to watch the sunset. We have added a gazebo for enjoyment on sunny days and rainy day’s alike! Feel free to send us a note if you have a special request or ideas on how to make your visit more enjoyable! As a note, we do have chickens across the driveway from where you access the spot. They are secure in their own space. If you are interested in farm fresh eggs let me know and I can set a dozen out for a small donation. Egg cartons are always welcome!

Fully fenced 2 acre pasture on Bald Peak (4’ vinyl fence backed by wire cattle mesh to the ground). Picnic table, bench, and Wi-Fi provided. Enjoy!

Large full fenced yard. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You don’t have to bring a dog. If you just want to chill by yourself for an hour or so, just say you’re bringing a dog and don’t. 🥰

Enter through right-side gate into tall grass and lots of dog sniffs! Inviting flower garden and patio area for you and your pup. Splash pad and sprinkler available upon request. Make yourself comfortable in a chair or hammock while your pup ventures around a safe and fully fenced area. Toys to tear up or toss around, and poop bags are available. Hello I am Mookie, a Golden Doodle who loves to play ball and my Human is Grace. She got me this place with a long yard, perfect for playing with a chuck it! I begged for a pug and she let me have Frankie. We are happy to share our yards which have different areas for different Dog needs. Human needs can be taken care of too. We are starting out, but expect to make it a lot more fun as the weather improves. Frankie and I will not be coming out to visit your dogs, but once you leave we will enjoy learning about them on our scent hunt. We believe this will create a lot of interest and fun for us and for your special family members too. We now have a place for your humans to wash you when you leave the sniffspot area. It is currently set up with kiddie pool, shower head and hose, with lavender wipes as well. Hand sanitizer now available for humans to use. In the summer, there will be lots of water and hoses available for getting water and there will be bowls too! This is a place for fun , everything is not perfect yet, but the yard is a lot of fun for Frankie and also for me! We love to explore and sometimes we see deer here and other wild animals! UPDATE: All fences are secure. IF for some reason your dog slips out the farm gate entrance to the sniff spot, the entire property is fenced, and your dog will not get out. There is a shade canopy which will protect from the rain and some chairs to relax in. You may encounter holes because dogs love to dig in the soft turf and the hill of dirt, please let me know if you find some that I have not gotten filled between visits and I will fix that! With so many trees, there will be branches down. I find that the dogs love to pick through those sticks. I try to keep on top of the really big ones, but if you see any let me know. PLEASE NOTE: If your ball or other toys go over the fence, they now belong to my neighbor! PLEASE You must not go over the fence to get them!! I have other balls and will be happy for you to use them while here, if they go over, I can deal with him later! Thank you for your consideration of my neighbors.
