Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a pebbled steps to reach the pool and deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. Need a place for your pup to run without fear of taking off or running into other dogs? We have just the place. Our private back yard offers a large open area for you & your dog to hang out and burn off some energy! With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.

A big, fully fenced backyard in the heart of Cedar Bluff! Just off Pellissippi at Dutchtown Road, enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting where your pups can run and play. We have plenty of comfortable seating and are happy to provide a sprinkler for your dog to play in. We also provide some balls and other toys for your pups to enjoy!

You can park right in front of the gate or beside the gate along the fence line. The spigot works , it just takes a second for it to come up.

Perfect sized yard with a hill and flat space perfect to get your pups energy out. Great size for fetch or plenty of space for those with lower energy levels to sniff around. Fertilizer and pesticide free, grass and soft clover patches. No muddy areas so you don’t have to worry about them getting filthy. Garbage can provided to toss pet waste. Bowl for water provided to keep your pups hydrated.

My yard is a work in progress but I am happy to share it with you. Fully fenced in yard with 8' wooden privacy fence. (I have just had trees cut when pictures were posted, but the tree debris will be cleaned up before bookings start!) There is a trampoline swing, firepit with plenty of wood, covered deck with lights, table, chairs, and sofa. 15' Trampoline with mesh netting will be available soon. During growing season grab a fruit or veggie from one of the 4 square raised beds in the back off the alley; I'm happy to share. There are two entrances to the space; one on the side near the front of the house and another at the rear of the house accessed via an alleyway. Both entrances are fully detached from the house and available to you. Help yourself to the bucket of tennis balls on the deck stairs, or to the "guest box" on the fence near the back where you will find sunscreen, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and dog treats. City trash cans are located outside the fence in the alleyway. Please don't use the one marked 407, as it belongs to my neighbors. I don't use any harmful chemicals in my landscaping. My dogs are all fully vaccinated and up to date on flea/ tick meds as well. I *try* my hardest to clean up their potty messes, but step with caution. I use part of my deck as a work space, please leave the paint and DIY tools alone.
