Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

The lot size is 16000 sf. The "dog park" area is about 5000 sf.

Large private backyard, fully fenced, lowest fence is 5 ft. Hillside to play on and plenty of grass. Squirrels to chase. A dog's private paradise!!

Pups of all sizes enjoy this spot. fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, table and chairs. ***Kindly note that due to safety concerns, our venue can only accommodate adults over 18 years old.*** During your booking period our pool is available for dogs only If you would like to join swimming pool additional charge. The option can be found in the Extra Please note: we do not provide digging at our venue. Please clean after yourself and your dog. The pool is unheated so it is cool in the winter and warms up during the summer months. We look forward to your visit!

I Welcome to our pet friendly backyard oasis. We have both hardscape and landscape with plenty of space for you and your furry kfriends. You and your dogs can swim in our salt water pool that has a depth of 5ft, a fire pit and more! We have many spots to sit and relax. We also have dog toys & treats. We are 420 and smoking 💨 friendly with ash trays available. Come over bring your friends and have a great time! Check out our extras, you have the option to heat the pool, s’mores kit and birthday party options and more! **bathroom access availability as an extra**

We welcome pups & their humans to our fully fenced & private pup oasis where both shade & sunshine are plentiful! Lots of room to run & play, throw balls or catch a frisbee! Let your pup stretch out while you relax and unwind under the shade of several umbrellas or on a cozy couch under the patio cover. Amenities include a covered patio, sink to wash up, elevated dog bed, water for pups & humans, tables & chairs, waste station, and a serene yard relax or play until your heart’s content! There is a pup box with toys, treats, towels & basic dog first aide. Humans have hand sanitizer, insect repellent, sunscreen, water & towels. Why not bring a picnic basket and enjoy a meal while the pups run around. At night, we have adorable lights to illuminate the yard for evening playtime as well! Please send us a message if you would like to reserve an evening spot & we’ll let you know what is available. Extend your experience with add ons of use of fireplace, puppy splash pool, or puppy ball pit! ***Please note, some have taken advantage so we must specify that extra humans are an extra charge. The first 2 humans are allowed with 1 dog. Additional dogs & humans are an extra charge. Also note, due to safety concerns, this is an ADULTS ONLY play place. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking are ever allowed. We also have some agility exercises for your pup to train on. However, we do not provide a digging area at this venue. The Sniff Carlton of SniffSpot! Large grassy yard with lots of oak tree shade. Fun features in the yard include a large open grassy play space that is frisbee friendly, side area with plenty of space to explore and sniff, sand box with digging and toy play, and seating area for owners to watch their dogs smile 😊 Pool is available for dog parties of 3 dogs or more for an extra charge and advance booking.
