We have a barn for indoor training, lots of toys, chuck-it station...as well as 2 grassy acres of running space for your pups! We are also curently modifying the 60x80 sandy horse arena to use for obedience/agility training. We have reactive dogs ourselves so we understand those that need a PRIVATE space to exercise their dogs. Our 3 dogs will be inside during your playtime, please try to keep dogs off front porch to eliminate ours barking and distracting your pups fun day. Dogs are curious, almost ALL of them explore the front porch… please don’t stress over this (we’re not), we just ask to redirect so our dogs don’t distract yours with barking.

Modest but useful fully enclosed 1600 sq ft back yard in Columbia City. If the nearby dog park on Genessee is too much for your pup, enjoy this little plot of peace instead. Fully fenced and enclosed for peace of mind (although if you have a jumper, take note that my fences are not super tall). There are two narrow strips along each side of the house which make for good sprints. The garden is not in use so it is part of the doggo play area. The neighboring house is vacant and the other neighboring property is a duplex with no pets so it is a pretty tame zone. Ample street parking in front of the house on 38th Ave South. Enter through the gate on the north side of the red house. There is no parking along the back alley between 38th & 39th but there is a walk-in entrance from that alley if you prefer. The blue bin contains some dog towels and a few other supplies. Please keep it latched to prevent critters from getting in. Shoot me a note if there are any problems with the yard or supplies.

We live on a 4.5 acre farm in Silverdale which has great land to run your pup in our horse stables (no horses) and in our pasture. 40 chickens live on the property but they are protected from dogs and other furry friends that visit the property. We have a red fence that leads to our entry which is gated, plenty of parking, toys, and towels once you open the gate along with complimentary eggs to go as long as our hens are laying! Beautiful sloped pasture with some woods at the lower end. 1.5 acres. If desired, you can drive right into the pasture and secure the gate behind you before letting your dog(s) loose. It changes by the season. In summer, the grass grows tall and you can enjoy the shade of alders in the lower portion. A seasonal creek runs through it in winter and spring. Your dog may find the scent of deer where they've bedded down at night, though it's unlikely that any will be present for your visit. You will see that I've planted and protected some fruit trees and native plants here and there. A sheltered area allows you to sit in the shade or out of the rain, and that's where you'll also find most amenities, such as toys and water. There are two driveways onto the property. You want the north one with the sign "Ericksen." After driving up that driveway, you'll see a "sniffspot" sign on the gate into the pasture. Please do not enter the farmhouse yard. I bought this house for my dog Zeus because of the large yard. Zeus enjoyed it for many years before he passed in 2023 at the age of 16. He would have wanted other dogs to get to enjoy it too.

More fencing, another new trail added in July 2023 and a sanikan added in November 2023. Two picnic tables. Gated entrance. Enjoy our secluded woodsy and shaded trails on this 12-acre parcel. Relax in the provided chairs in the center of the lot while your dogs explore.

Fully fenced backyard with access through the back gate. Please come in through the gate on 4th Street E and 190th Street. See photos for where to park. Essentially anywhere along that fence is just fine. To come in via the back gate: Kick aside the cinder block and just pull one side open. To secure the gate once you are in, latch the gate closed on the inside. Please do not remove the side of the gate that is latched to the ground. It can be a little tricky to latch, but my 5 year old can do it, so hopefully it's not too hard for other strangers.
