This hidden gem is perfect for dogs and humans of all sizes, ☺️ & conveniently located just off the 405 freeway. The entire space is surrounded by walls with a gated entrance. There are toys and treats for your dog(s), and chairs for the humans. We also provide a large dog bowl. We have a 100 foot hose with different sprinkler attachments that you may use as your dog(s) pleases. We also have a kiddie pool for small to medium dogs. Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

Welcome to 🐾 Ward Bungalow - fully fenced backyard, a private pup park that allows for running and stretching legs for all sizes! Grass space for pups and outdoor couch seating, lounge chairs, and table seating are available for people. Evening lighting for playtime at dusk. Umbrellas for shade over the couch, and loungers in the gravel section of the yard—shade is very much based on the time of day and where the sun is. Available and stocked for pups: plenty of balls and toys, dog water bowl, water station, and treats Other essentials: hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, flashlight, umbrella, paper towels, disposal bags, and trash can • We are noticing a few divots in the grass and more prominent yellow spots in the grass coloring, a bit more mud-like areas as we get more visitors - wear and tear on the lawn … please know we take pride in maintaining the space and keeping it clean for everyone! • Mondays early morning & evening and Tuesday through Sunday: front gate entrance Mondays 11:30am-4:30pm: back gate entrance (front neighborhood street sweeping)
