Come visit our little hillside clearing in the woods! You’ll have the run of about 1.5 acres of mixed terrain, including wild meadows, a seasonal creek bed, oaks, redwoods, blackberries, fruit trees, some native landscaping, and a long gravel driveway that runs the length of the property. ✨It’s magical✨ ⚠️But please read our Spot details carefully and be mindful of the downsides too: 🌲 We mow and cut back growth every week in the summer but this is a natural woodland more than a suburban yard. 🦊 Foxes, deer, and owls live here! They’re not active during the day when you visit but tick precautions are advised for pups and people alike. 2 acre friendly dog park. Oasis style beach and pond, grass area, patio/gazebo with couches and table, and patio deck at pond with couch/chair and table. Shade or sun deck to relax while your dog enjoys swimming, ball throwing, etc.

The ultimate dog escape! A dreamy lake surrounded by rolling hills! Your dogs can experience wild foul, fish and cattle or spend their time time swimming away at the lake! There is a picnic table for your stuff and a great combination of sun and shade surrounding the lake! Please note, It is a little a walk to get down to our lake and the lake does not have any fencing. There are also cows that roam in the same field. The cows are harmless, but all fences must be shut while going in and out of the field.

Large backyard with maintained lawn as the primary area, a shallow man-made pond near the house, shady side yard, multiple seating areas, & bocce ball court along the fence. Property backs to the creek & is lined with pine trees. We don’t treat the pond chemically as it is home to lots of frogs & our own pup likes to drink from it & climb in.
