55This was my first time ever using Sniffspot, I was extremely impressed by this property, and the owner! I brought my two doggies, Skittles (Jack Russell) and Minnie (Chihuahua), my mom brought her two chihuahuas (Bella and Wiggles). The property was super straight forward, just park by the gate then open the gate when it’s your time to this back yard oasis! This Sniffspot allowed the pups, my mom and I the opportunity to have an awesome time in the pool. The property it’s self is gorgeous, bamboo trees are gorgeous, pool and yard were extremely clean and well kept. I did bring my own doggy waste bags, I did not note if there were doggie bags on property so I would recommended to be safe bring your own, on the way out there was a trash can to place dog waste. Dog bowl with water in it was present, but I did opt to bring my own dog bowl and waters. Like I said property was well maintained, the pool is not caged in so there will be some debris, naturally otherwise extremely well kept. Not sure if owner was home/present, did not hear or see any advice that suggested they were. No dogs barking around property, which was nice. Overall I don’t even think I heard traffic noise. The only downside and THIS IS NO FAULT TO THE OWNER OR PROPERTY was that the pavement pavers surrounding the immediate pool were extremely hot… I had a hard time walking on them without shoes, they were really hot. My time slot was between 2:30pm to 5pm, if I were to rent this Sniffspot again I would rent it in the morning or the evening versus midday. Like I said this is NO FAULT to the owner or property, besides I thought that my doggies would either be in the pool or exploring the property but for some reason they kept trying to walk on the hot pavers LOL should not be an issue if your pup enjoys exploring or being in the pool!!
55First time using sniff spot and had a great experience. Smooth easy access. Absolutely beautiful comfortable high fenced space. Showing our foster a pool for the first time made it a special experience. Only recommendation is even more light. Yard is pretty well lit just in specific areas.

The pool itself is perfect. Steps for first time doggy swimmers. Beautiful. Warm. Enjoyable. My Lab and I had such a wonderful time that we are already planning our very soon next visit. Large half acre yard fully fenced with grass and large pool for dogs. Parking off road available, as well as no contact entry, water bowl, toys & hose for rinsing/ cleaning dogs. Amenities such as tables hammocks, and umbrellas. A message with instruction on entry, and rules and expectations will be sent after booking.
