Description

This is the fully fenced in backyard of a private home on 1.34 acres. The lawn area is roughly .5 acre and has lots of fun areas for your pup to explore and run. Plenty of space to play fetch, and we even provide a small doggie pool for your pup to cool off in hotter climates. There is even a fully shaded area on the back side of the large garage or under the 2 oak trees in the back.

There can be poison oak in the dense wooded area in the back right corner. There can be divots in the ground from ground squirrels. Snakes or other wildlife can be present from time to time. There are bees on the property around the flowers.

Additional rules

Please monitor your pet at all times and pick up pet waste and any other mess that your dog may have made. Please no #1 or #2 in the flower beds, concrete or rocky areas. Dogs & their humans only. No communing or gathering with additional guests allowed. Please do not let dogs go on the raised deck, in planters or flower beds, or in any water features including the rocky waterfall. If you use the black hose to fill the dog bowl, please be sure to fully empty it after use to avoid it bursting. Please keep all gates fully closed and secured at all times. Please do not open the back gate at the creekside fence behind the oak tree. Also, please don't move any rolled up fencing which is there to keep deer from jumping over. Please don't allow your pet to chew on any furnishings or landscaping. Dogs must remain leashed at all times except within the confines of the fenced in back yard. We cannot control when delivery personnel arrive. Please do not use backyard games as toys for your pet. We recommend you avoid the densely wooded area in the back corner of the property as there may be poison oak there. Use of this spot indicates agreement of these terms. Guest agrees: 1. To hold the HOST harmless from all liability, harm or damages, arising from the GUEST's keeping of the animal/s on the premises. 2. To dispose of the animal/s droppings quickly in a sealed bag and placed in the outside trash bin. No droppings will be left on the ground or improperly disposed of. 3. To ensure that animal/s will wear the appropriate animal license, a valid rabies tag and tag bearing the owners name and phone number. All licenses and tags must be current. 4. The GUEST certifies that the animal/s does not display a tendency to be aggressive or harmful and is fully responsible for any such behavior in the case that it occurs on the premises or anywhere during the GUESTS scheduled booking. 5. GUEST agrees that HOST will not be responsible for the injury, harm, or death of the animal, and agrees to hold HOST harmless for any injury, damages or losses suffered as a result of any harm caused on the animal or by the animal upon another person, guest or employee. GUEST shall be responsible for the entire amount of all damages and/or losses caused by the animal/s as well as the entire amount of any injury to individuals or property.

Awesome almost two acre plot for you and your furry friends to run free. Close the gate behind you for a fully fenced secure experience!. Located in southern Atascadero. NOTICE: we do have a small group of hip campers this weekend. They have no animals so they should not be a bother. July 1-2

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
