If I was asked to design the perfect Sniffspot, this would be it. Everything was perfect: the size of the yard, the amount of sun/shade, the yard itself, the fencing, the water/treats/toys/poopbags/etc provided by the owners and the seating for humans. Parking was extremely convenient. The instructions told us everything we needed to know and communication was flawless. We loved spending time here. As with all Sniffspots, depending on the season make sure you bring bug spray.

Our dogs had a great time at this lovely, accommodating Sniffspot. There were toys, water, treats, and poop bags all set out for us, and our girls had a great time! We will definitely be back!

We had a blast! There’s some shade, water, a couple doggie snacks, a raised dog bed, and plenty of fully fenced yard. Plus the location is easy to find and its easy parking. We can’t wait for next time!

The yard was exactly as described and Adam provided water and essentials for a great easter romp with my boy Marvin with an extremely warm welcome. We'll definitely be coming back!!

We were in the middle of a long drive so our time of arrival was a little bit unpredictable. Adam was nonetheless accommodating with our schedule. He was also communicative and proactively let us know there are some workers at his neighbors during the time we would be there, and that they would be visible to Zuko (our dog), in case he might mind. The yard was equipped with dog-friendly amenities such as water, treats, poop bags, dog insect repellent, and a welcome sign just for Zuko. It was fully secured with a fence (can see through), spacious, and just what Zuko needed to stretch out his legs after an hour and a half in the car. He had a great time playing fetch with the orange football and was happily tired after 45 minutes. Thank you again for offering a safe space for our dog to run around and play!

What an amazing spot to let my dog run and play. Fully fenced so I had no worries. No puddles or dirty areas. There’s an adorable memorial area for their previous dog so I know they are absolute dog lovers. It was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be booking again. I wish I could upload a video of my dog running but I hope you get the sense of his happiness from the pictures. Oh and did I mention that he was exhausted after the hour ?! It’s right off the thruway so it’s very easy to get to.
