Description

Our house sits on a 1.2 acre lot. We have a side yard that is roughly an acre which is fully fenced in. Our dog, Buttercup, loves to run around here to play with us! We’d like to welcome other dogs too, right here in the heart of Spring branch!

Hazards

The ground may have uneven areas. Kindly watch your steps. Watch for ant piles too! We do not use fertilizer or other chemicals in our vacant side-yard but we do use granules on ant piles. This is because our home is supplied by well-water so we are careful in what we use on the grounds. Your dogs are welcome to sample our water. It's full of trace minerals!

Pecan Picking Experience$5

Pick pecans from our pecan trees or from the ground, as much as you can, before the squirrels get them all! Just kindly bring your own container.

Play Table Tennis$7

Play Ping-Pong outside with friends while your pets enjoy themselves! 24 hour notice is required in order for the table to be set-up with needed equipment. Short notice may be allowed if we are at home to set it up, but we cannot guarantee it. Best to reach out first.

Post Visit Clean up 3-4 Dogs$14

We will clean up after your visit so you can relax and enjoy your time!

Additional rules

Guests please have the common courtesy to observe your pet/s through out your visit so you can pick up after them. It's the decent thing to do knowing that the next guests will come in at a clean area. If one choses to relax and not observe their dogs to clean up after them, then by all means, let us know by availing extras for "CLEAN UP". In this way, we can make sure that the next guests will have a clean space, like you did. Also, please do not bring home the toys that we provide for guests' use. It's for everyone including Cup. Thank you!

	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.
	Always review and abide by spot specific rules.
	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

Wonderful first experience with Sniffspot! Great space. Very clean and exactly as described. Quiet end of street. The first time I booked it was raining so wasn’t able to go. The host refunded my fee so wonderful people as well!

My dog had such a wonderful time playing and exploring Cup's Haven! There was a lovely patio to sit on while we watched her explore. There were also a ton of tennis balls. We will definitely be back!

We had a blast we brought our 2 dogs out. One being a doberman with lots of energy. The space was well kept and the guests make it so much more welcoming by providing snacks (human and dog), water, poop bags, toys etc. We would love to come back to this space.
