The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Right off 35! Are you traveling down 35 with your pet? Take a pit stop at our Sniffspot and let your furry friend stretch their legs then be back on the road no problem!

Farm & Forest located 15 minutes from the I-20, this chunk of natural Texas land is surrounded by Forest and Farm life. Please read “Important to Know” before visiting! Farm & Forest spans across 3 acres, with complete fencing, designed to provide a secure and enjoyable environment for you and your dogs to play and exercise worry-free. This private dog park offers plenty of space for dogs to roam and explore, with various amenities such as agility equipment, shaded areas, water stations, and even areas for different sizes and energy levels of dogs. The park is thoughtfully designed to cater to the well-being and enjoyment of all furry visitors, enriched with stimulating features tailored to keep dogs engaged and entertained. This includes interactive toys, scent trails, and even doggy splash pads for those hot summer days and extra playful pups. This spot is the perfect area to practice socialization, desensitization, and training in a safe and stress-free environment. Whether you’re making a stop on your roadtrip or a local looking for the perfect furry-friendly space, the layout encourages socialization and interactive play, ensuring that each visit is a fun and memorable experience for every four-legged visitor. Important to Know!: Please add all Extras that apply to your visit! Weekly poop-pickup service on top of daily maintenance (times blocked off on calendar). Come enjoy our backyard oasis. We have plenty of covered seating for any weather. A tree swing for all ages. Lights for night time. Fire pit. Outlet for charges. Wi-Fi available if needed. A fridge for drinks(water included) We also have a speaker if you like to listen to some music with your pups. In the summer months we will have a sprinkler to play/keep cool in.

Private fully fenced in backyard. Perfect for 1-4 dogs. Includes patio area with covered seating. Water, dog toys, pooper scooper, and bags provided. Some human activities possible as well such as cornhole, football, and disc golf. Should be a good time for you and your pets!

Large fenced yard, access from private driveway where you can park your car. Please be sure to shut the gate. Large dogs that can jump may be able to jump chain link fence. Take off the leash and let your dog run 🐕

Acres upon acres of land to run your pups ragged! Very close to town nestled inside, but not part of the new Shady Creek Estates. We have a large field with some trees, a creek, and plenty of woods on the other side of the creek with tons of sights, smells, and trails for the doggies and their people to enjoy! ***I have a small section near the front in the NE corner that is not fenced. Please avoid this corner! The rest of the property is fenced. I will be completing the fence by end of Spring 2024.***
