1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 3-4 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. NEW: Look for our SniffFind (small container like a geocache) while you are visiting! When you find it, sign the logbook and return it to its hiding spot. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), four smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water and dog bowls are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, and poop bags are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Our collection of toys includes a flirt pole, bungee tethered tree tug, frisbee, Chuck It fetch arms, herding ball, and herding egg, with the exciting addition of a Swift Paws Course lure coming soon! For your convenience, we've arranged several amenities for your own comfort: - A dedicated 💩 bag station and trash can ensure cleanliness. You'll have access via a smart padlock for easy entry. Enjoy your favorite tunes with our Bluetooth speaker. - Keep your leash handy with our leash hanger. - Stay connected with WiFi access via QR code. - Relax in seating for two while your furry friend plays. - Convenient parking is available onsite. Please note that we have two dogs of our own, but they will be safely inside or fenced off on their side of the yard during your visit, ensuring a peaceful environment for you and your companion.

Big park style back yard with lots of things to explore! Fully fenced and easy to access through driveway to gate. You can use the whole yard or smaller fenced section of the yard depending on preference. Some wooded areas in corners, many birds, squirrels and other small animals. Great amenities provided for humans including paved area for relaxing, hose and firepit. Plenty of space to run and play. Please no digging. Come over, park in driveway at the gate and enjoy the nature.

Hi! We are animal lovers. We have 4 dogs: 3 Chihuahua and pitbull. We have a huge fenced yard in the Heart of Mandarin. Come visit us with your furry friends!

Big Open back yard, plenty of space to run and run. Some toys will be on hand if you'd like to play some fetch. Chairs for the humans, which you can move to the grass area or keep under the storage house porch covering for shade. Tree by that area provides additional shaded rest area for poochies. (In winter can have fun leaves to frolic through) This spot is named after Teddy, our cockapoo that passed at 16 years old, after many years enjoying the grassy yard.

The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog.
