Come enjoy our active dog yard! Long enough to get in a good game of fetch or frisbee! We also have agility jumps and a secured straight tunnel to play with. The yard is relatively flat and grassed with a beautiful oak tree that provides plenty of shade in the summer. Fence is 6’ privacy fence and there is a double gate entrance for security. Our own pack of dogs will be inside during sniffspot reservations. You will probably hear occasional barking. Our dogs play flyball and dock diving and we are always happy to introduce newcomers to dog sports too!

Private 20-Acre Wildlife Preserve with Nature Trails and Water Access

Bring your fur babies to this beautiful private wildlife preserve in Gerrardstown. Our private property features nature trails that lead to a 7 acre pond and private access to Back Creek. Your pups can take a swim in the pond or splash around in the beautiful crystal clear creek on the backside of the property. There are otters in the pond so be watchful that your fur babies don’t have a negative interaction with the wildlife. We only host one booking at a time so the full 20.56 acres will be yours for the time you reserve. Additionally this property has three main areas. At the base of the driveway, you will find a forested area with clearing to sit in the shade and let your pups play with the available dog toys or explore. Make your way to the back of that first main area to begin your first nature trail which leads you straight to the beautiful 7 acre pond where more seating is available. From the pond there’s another winding trail that takes you through the backside of the forest and then opens up on Back Creek. Parking: You can park at the top of the driveway, on the side of the road, or you can bring your vehicle down the driveway. For small cars it is recommended To park at the top of the driveway due to unlevel terrain. Before you leave the property: please clean up all of your dog waste and dispose of in the waste bins along with any trash. And please place the dog toys back in the bin. Currently 1/3 of our yard is temporarily fenced off for lawn maintenance. It’s still a great space for small to medium pups! Open space for you and your best friend to play. I will often have a clean bowl of water ready for you pup(s) at the bottom of the stairs and toys to use. Come and have some fun! Parking is in front of our home, curbside and to enter walk around the side of the house parallel with the alley and through the gate with the wreath by the garage doors.
