55Great space! :) took us forever to find it but It was our fault lol
55Great spot! Exactly what we expected and was as advertised! Sarah gave us a heads up about dogs on the neighbor property which I really appreciated as I have a reactive dog. We just kept an eye out for them and only once saw them headed our way. We just turned around and headed back to the other side of the property and they did the same so no issues!
55This was a great Sniffspot for my pups to run around! There is a friendly neighbor dog on the right side of the property behind the livestock fence that does come out every once in a while to see what’s going on. If your dog is reactive but has good recall you can absolutely stay on the left side of the property and avoid ever seeing the dog. Alternatively, if you do wander over to that side, he is not aggressive and might initiate play across the fence but this play is easily interruptible if your dog has recall. We had plenty of room to play fetch in and outside of the middle field. We will come back!

55Always a fun and safe spot to visit - my pup loves leaping through the tall grass in the middle of the mowed circle path. Plenty of things to sniff and ground to cover - and so peaceful, which is great for my pup and for me! Thanks Sarah!
55It was very secure and had a well maintained broad path around the field. Sarah was fantastic! Wonderful communication and clear instructions about where to park and enter the field. There was a live stock guardian dog on the next door property that might be something to keep an eye out for if you have a reactive dog.

Description

This space is approximately 7 fenced acres. It is mostly a flat, open space with tall grass. I keep a walking trail mowed around the perimeter of the space.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Due to the extreme heat and dry weather that we have been experiencing, the ground is beginning to crack. Some cracks are getting large, especially as the summer continues, and they can pose a hazard for humans and dogs. Please use caution. The footing on the mowed path can be uneven. You will want mud boots if it has recently rained (LOL). Snakes are always a possibility.
