Description

LIMITED BOOKINGS EASTER SUNDAY!! Large green yard with tons of space for sniffing!! Great for getting out those zoomies & burning high energy. Large hill for climbing and exploring has half wood, half chain fence. May encounter some barks from a neighbors dog. Both side yards are also split by mostly chainlink fences as well. Please come explore our space, bring your fetch toys and have fun. But PLEASE No Digging. We have a small deck with seating and will provide water accessible for your fur babies.

HOST NOTE

There is a deck that is open underneath, if your pet is a hider or a crawler, this may not be ideal. Also, 2 neighbors with chainlink fences have dogs that may sometimes be out during booking times. If barking and sniffing through a fence does not bother you, should be ok. UPDATE: It has been noted that the neighbors dog at the top of the hill tends to bark excessively when outside, if your pooch is easily distractable during playtime, our spot may not be suitable as this is beyond my control. The neighbors dog to the left of the yard is mostly friendly and just wants to sniff and play does not seem at all aggressive. Not familiar with the one up top, but fence is tall and sturdy enough all you will get is barking from him/her.

A beautiful fenced-in 3+ acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas with short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise it is a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park on the gravel area. I have dog bowls, a few toys, 3 pooper scoopers, emergency poop bags, and a couple of washing stations. Cell reception is reasonably good here.

The ultimate dog escape! A certified organic ranch and dreamy lake surrounded by rolling hills! Your dogs can experience wild foul, fish and cattle or spend their time time swimming away at the lake! There is a picnic table (not in the best shape, but can fit about 4 people) for your stuff and a great combination of sun and shade surrounding the lake! We recently added a 1.2 mile trail around our property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Accessing our lake requires a bit of a walk through uneven terrain with cow holes, which may be challenging for some. If you have difficulty walking on rough ground, this Sniffspot may not be the best fit. While there is a path, it is not perfectly smooth, and less active visitors may find it hard to navigate. Cows do roam freely in the same field. They are harmless, but please be sure to close all gates securely when entering or leaving the area. We recommend ignoring the cows—they’ll leave you alone if you do the same. Our house is the only house on the right side of the road. Please do not stop/disturb the first houses on the left side of the driveway. Keep coming down our driveway and park near the light blue green house on the right. If you’re wondering if we test for toxic blue green algae, the answer is yes! The test was negative! Please see our pictures for confirmation of a negative test! Test performed on 6/1/25
