Rent safe and private dog water parks and swimming pools hosted by locals in Cosby, Tennessee

We have over an acre, fully fenced. Pull right up to the marked gate by the out building and go right in. Tall trees provide shade and there is seating. Our dog Oliver shares his toys and we keep a doggy waste station available for easy cleanup. We live in the house on the property with our 3 dogs but want to share our spacious yard with others. Freshly mowed on 6/1/24. Please understand this is a pasture for my animals and not a yard. This is a huge pasture with sloped hills and a creek running through the bottom. Almost 5 acres of fenced pasture is used for horses and goats in the winter and hay in the summer. Grass will be long at times. The creek is shallow and lots to see and sniff! Tree covered places if you don’t want sun and many beautiful views for everyone to enjoy and play. If you have never been to this spot, it is worth the drive! This is the 2nd spot and close to the 1st spot. Please be sure to follow the directions. My goal for these spots is to be available for all dog owners who need it. I do have clients that book a month out at a time in order to get the time they would like. All I want is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Please pack out all trash, there are no trash cans onsite. Enjoy!

A large pasture with fencing around everywhere except the top of the creek crossing running behind it. Bring a towel and enjoy! The bugs are back so a head screen or bug spray might make you more comfortable. Chairs and tables and sometimes a hammock provided creekside! Please do not bring more dogs than you have made your reservation for. If something changes please contact customer service and they can add dogs to your current reservation. The pool is easily accessed by a pebbled steps to reach the pool and deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please bathe and/or or brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀.
