This field was once used for pony cart races. As such, there is .3 mile grass track for walking laps. There terrain in the center of the field is bowl shaped because it used to be an artificial lake. A beautiful creek borders the edge of the field. The depth varies, but most areas are only 1-4 feet deep. A lightly wooded area borders the opposite end from the entrance. Tucked away in the back corner is a little island accessible by a fallen tree.

Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! The property is fenced in, with the ability to close the gate when dogs are within the park. Parking available in the grass @ the front of lot. Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by wooded complete with a few trails. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens to live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. There is a hose to wash off and drink from. (On the house next to the camper) Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you!

We have 7+ acres of land that includes a hiking trail in our woods and large grassy areas around the house. 🌲 The trail that circles our property through the woods, starts just off the side of our big yard area. It's indicated by small arrows pointing the way to the trail and also on the trail. You should only follow the arrows in the direction they are pointing, which will be right turns the whole way. We do have neighbors that have their own trails, so please be respectful and do not go on their land. They also may occasionally be walking their own trails, so we ask that you keep your dog on the leash through the trails only. They do not have to be on the leash on or near our grassy lawn areas. 🛑 You may occasionally see wildlife in the woods so please beware and understand you are accepting all risks when you make a reservation with us. Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.

Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if you'd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big black trash can in the driveway on your way out. A no frills spot if you just want a nice spot for your dog to run around in for an affordable price. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.
