Pet Ponderosa Resort & Spa offers premium pet grooming and boarding services as well as dog walking, pet cleanup, and pet transportation services. Now introducing our additional fenced area for your convenience, ensuring a safe and private off-leash play experience. Something to note if you have a reactive pup: Pet Ponderosa is a dog boarding and daycare facility. There will be dogs barking, and at times, dogs will be on the other side of the fence of the sniff spot.

Added an outhouse with hand sanitizer, covered seating area, privacy screen along fence to help with anyone walking dogs down the street or the neighbors concrete business. Mostly quiet neighborhood where you can feel safe to let your dog run and dig. Large playground tunnel equipment for your doggy to play in! Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. Five acres of partially mowed fields and a natural wooded area. There is a small clean pond and access to south prairie creek. Bring a picnic and enjoy nature. The creek has a variable current, so it may be best for larger dogs. The pond would be ideal for smaller dogs who aren't strong swimmers.

A nice half acre corner of our 10 acres set aside for our puppy friends! We have included everything we know our puppy friends love to play with. There is a large piece of playground equipment for fun times, multi-level platforms with two ramps and a tunnel. We have miscellaneous moveable agility equipment available as well as water park stuff like splash pads and kiddie pools. And if that's not enough we also have a Nerf ball launcher as well as a chuckit. There is a dog Hotel on site. But the yards cannot see each other generally. We also have some horses here and we have neighbors who have cows. So there's lots of interesting things to look at here. Right down the road is an adorable town of Wilkinson. There are two restaurants in town that are really fun to order from. While here you can order from Carlson block Pizza, who got Top Knots in the county as being one of the best pizza places. Or check out the Simple Goodness Sisters Deli. They have amazing craft and mock cocktails available along with panini sandwiches and a variety of other things. Stop by and bring them with you so that you can snack and play with your pup or order while you're here and pick them up on your way home so that you have dinner in the car.

It is just wonderful being in the woods, just beautiful! We've been walking around checking it out - green, leafy, mysterious, cool, lots of birds singing. Even when it rains there are rain shadows due to the huge trees. We can never get enough. We are working on other improvements, added a number of helpful signs. Planted 2 pink dogwood trees received from a friend as a present, and trees an Asian pear and Cherry. Several blue flowering lithodora planted on the retaining wall. Planted grass & 5 new variegated plants in the front rockery parking area. More hoses with spray nozzles are being added to the water hydrants. Figs trees sprouted huge leaves and little figs. The miniature Italian plums are marble-sized! Bring your friends and their dogs too! **Maple Valley Romp-N-Roam can only be booked 2 weeks in advance by non-members if hours are available. **To ensure your visit is an enjoyable experience, please read the entire description of the property, fencing details and my property rules.** *Bookings with multiple dogs- For every 2 dogs beyond 4, an additional adult is required. This helps to ensure the property remains poop-free. Our completely fenced 1.3 acre Sniffspot and completely fenced property perimeter gives you peace of mind that your pups are safe and secure as you let them play and explore. With a gently sloping pasture for running, trees and stumps for exploring, and low-level agility equipment to build confidence on, your fur baby is sure to find something that sparks their interest. 2 acres, fully fenced pasture. With forest, trails, and small kiddy pool. Hose available for dirty dogs/ pool fill up by gate. If you don't want the pool filled, feel free to dump it before your dogs enter. NEW Several types of sprinklers are available for playtime. Bench recently added too! Trash can, dog bag dispenser, sanitizer, bowls, and toy bin ready for use! Parking is on the grass behind shop with welcome sign. Main gate will usually be left open for easy access. If closed, code is on the keypad. Exit button is on stone sign. Please message anytime with questions or concerns! :)

The retaining wall in the middle of the yard provides an awesome opportunity for running and leaping on and off, making zoomies all the more fun! To the side, there is also a gentle slope perfect for dogs who would rather take it easy. Fully fenced with 6' cedar fencing, which means your dog won't see cars, people, or other dogs passing by once you're in the yard. No neighbor dogs bordering any side of the fence, which keeps it peaceful and lessens anxiety. There is lighting under the magnolia tree and along the fences and buildings to help you enjoy your evening visit. An umbrella is provided for your use in case of rain. Private, off-street parking for up to two vehicles is provided in the driveway for your convenience. Please let us know if you need parking for more than two vehicles and we can make arrangements. Our comfy patio furniture and a table are provided for use, so feel free to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy while your dogs run around (an additional 4 camping chairs can be provided upon advance request). We provide a few toys for your use including tug toys and a ball and chuck-it, please return to the toy bucket when finished. Have your dog try out our new tree-mounted tug toy for a fun challenge! We also provide a clean bowl or paper water bowls and a jug of water for you to pour fresh water for your pup. Please toss your used water bowl in the trash bin in the driveway on your way out if you use a paper bowl. Poop bags are provided for your convenience. To minimize the spread of illness, please do not bring your dog to visit if it is sick. *Spring 2024* Please pardon our mess as we make some landscaping upgrades! We will be finishing the new retaining wall shortly and are working to grow new grass.

Come bring your pups to play in my fully fenced yard! We’ve got an obstacle course, herding ball, and other toys to play with. Also it is a large lot for doggos to get their zoomies out. Hey! This is Theo (a cute big muscular Frenchie), the 4 paw host of this Spot! We would love to give you and your parents the opportunity to enjoy what we do every single day in our backyard. We won't bother you guys at all unless you want to a playdate with me . The yard, well, we even being biased, we can describe the first time we saw it: it is so cool! Even not being that big, it is fully fenced (so we can't sniff the neighbors' spots), has one maple tree and a very big Douglas Fir. It has a sofa, umbrella and even a fireplace if your parent want to spend this time really cozy. Come join us. :D

Our backyard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence; it's where we have a lot of fun with Annie, our German Shepherd. We have a hose for water, under the deck. We have a few chairs out there, and the deck is partially covered, so there's shade and shelter from rain. Toys can be found in the brown bin - feel free to use them! Please take care that your dog doesn't dig any holes, we appreciate it!

Fully fenced yard, double lot in town. If your pup is the type to be more focused on the toy you're throwing than exploring, this will be a great spot if you dont have anywhere to let them off leash otherwise. There are multiple spigots for water, and a camping toilet if you absolutely need a restroom and I'm not home.
