Rent safe and private small dog parks hosted by locals in Port Orchard, Washington

Come rain or shine, and play or train, in or out. We have covered parking for you, 800 square feet of covered, protected, and padded play area in our pole barn, and 1200 square feet (0.3 acres) of fully fenced and shaded outdoor play connected to the barn. The SniffSpot is very private and removed from the house. All areas have lights so you can safely play late afternoons during the winter. Our secluded property is at the end of the road, yet close to town and just off the freeway. We provide toys for you to use while here, for large and small dogs, and for dogs with disabilities. Be sure to check out our Extras (all free). The SniffSpot gate is from the original Seattle Humane Society facility.

2 acres, fully fenced pasture. With forest, trails, and small kiddy pool. Hose available for dirty dogs/ pool fill up by gate. If you don't want the pool filled, feel free to dump it before your dogs enter. NEW Several types of sprinklers are available for playtime. Bench recently added too! Trash can, dog bag dispenser, sanitizer, bowls, and toy bin ready for use! Parking is on the grass behind shop with welcome sign. Main gate will usually be left open for easy access. If closed, code is on the keypad. Exit button is on stone sign. Please message anytime with questions or concerns! :)

We have a large fully fenced in yard for your pup to come and play in, we have seating either around a fire pit or under a covered patio to escape the sun. It’s in a relaxing setting, I’m in a quiet neighborhood with a woodsy setting.

We live on a 4.5 acre farm in Silverdale which has great land to run your pup in our horse stables (no horses) and in our pasture. 40 chickens live on the property but they are protected from dogs and other furry friends that visit the property. We have a red fence that leads to our entry which is gated, plenty of parking, toys, and towels once you open the gate along with complimentary eggs to go as long as our hens are laying! Modest but useful fully enclosed 1600 sq ft back yard in Columbia City. If the nearby dog park on Genessee is too much for your pup, enjoy this little plot of peace instead. Fully fenced and enclosed for peace of mind (although if you have a jumper, take note that my fences are not super tall). There are two narrow strips along each side of the house which make for good sprints. The garden is not in use so it is part of the doggo play area. The neighboring house is vacant and the other neighboring property is a duplex with no pets so it is a pretty tame zone. Ample street parking in front of the house on 38th Ave South. Enter through the gate on the north side of the red house. There is no parking along the back alley between 38th & 39th but there is a walk-in entrance from that alley if you prefer. The blue bin contains some dog towels and a few other supplies. Please keep it latched to prevent critters from getting in. Shoot me a note if there are any problems with the yard or supplies.

The back yard where you’ll be is all grass with a small patio area surrounded by a secure 6 foot wood fence with a double gated entry. Wading pool, hose, or sprinkler available as extra add ons upon request. We have a table, chairs, and patio umbrellas you’re welcome to use as well as any dog toys that are in the yard. If it’s raining during your visit or your dog(s) will be doing water play, I’ll provide a towel. There is a power outlet next to the slider you’re welcome to use.

Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!

Lots of space for your pup to run around and for you to sit and relax. WiFi included. If your pup wants a playmate my 4-year old mix is super friendly and would love to play! If not, that’s fine too. Come check it out!

a serene environment where your dog can thrive

Fully fenced backyard with access through the back gate. Please come in through the gate on 4th Street E and 190th Street. See photos for where to park. Essentially anywhere along that fence is just fine. To come in via the back gate: Kick aside the cinder block and just pull one side open. To secure the gate once you are in, latch the gate closed on the inside. Please do not remove the side of the gate that is latched to the ground. It can be a little tricky to latch, but my 5 year old can do it, so hopefully it's not too hard for other strangers.

My yard is fully fenced, quiet and peaceful. The house, and yard, is set back off the street and has plenty of guest parking. Grass is mowed regularly and lots of bushes and smells for your pup to explore. Human seating available on the deck or below. Dog bowl with water, water spigot, waste bags, hand sanitizer, garbage, and electric outlets all available for use. Enjoy!

This spot is a 1/2 acre rough pasture with a bench, fruit trees, a tree swing and woods surrounded by greenbelt. It is fully fenced and gated although if your dog is small and escape-minded it may do so because it is wire field fence, not board fence. Please park in front of the garage and keep your dog leashed until you reach the pasture area at the back of the property. Enjoy!

Weekdays of June 2 - Jun 7 Wonderlane Sniffspot may be closed on and off for planned improvements! Sorry to miss you but we think you will enjoy the upgrades and agree it was worth it! It is just wonderful being in the woods, just beautiful! We've been walking around checking it out - green, leafy, mysterious, cool, lots of birds singing. Even when it rains there are rain shadows due to the huge trees. We can never get enough. We are working on other improvements, added a number of helpful signs. Planted 2 pink dogwood trees received from a friend as a present, and trees an Asian pear and Cherry. Several blue flowering lithodora planted on the retaining wall. Planted grass & 5 new variegated plants in the front rockery parking area. More hoses with spray nozzles are being added to the water hydrants. Figs trees sprouted huge leaves and little figs. The miniature Italian plums are marble-sized! Bring your friends and their dogs too! 2.1 acres of fully-fenced heaven. As a dog owner/lover, this provides a necessary peace of mind. Pull inside the gate, and let ‘em lose! Poop happens typically w/in first 10 mins; bags can be disposed in trash. Hose water available by front door, back patio, and chicken coop area. All areas are fair game once you are inside the gate. Once a stop on the Gig Harbor Garden Tour, this property boasts a variety of terrain to keep your pup(s) busy for hours. We are at the end of a private lane, and the back of the property abuts to 50 acres of DNR. Sightings of cattle, wild peacocks, deer, raccoons and grouse are common. Make yourself (and family) at home around the fire pit, small orchard, tree house, trampoline, flagstone paths and trails. Good shoes highly recommended. NOTE: Sniffspot is promoting their “Sniffpass”, and they have the box automatically checked to “Opt in” when you make a booking. This is out of my control. I do not want my guests to feel Sniffpass is necessary to book my spot. Please uncheck that box if you are not interested to avoid unnecessary “surprise” charges upon checkout (unless you want to subscribe, which is totally ok too!).

The retaining wall in the middle of the yard provides an awesome opportunity for running and leaping on and off, making zoomies all the more fun! To the side, there is also a gentle slope perfect for dogs who would rather take it easy. Fully fenced with 6' cedar fencing, which means your dog won't see cars, people, or other dogs passing by once you're in the yard. No neighbor dogs bordering any side of the fence, which keeps it peaceful and lessens anxiety. There is lighting under the magnolia tree and along the fences and buildings to help you enjoy your evening visit. An umbrella is provided for your use in case of rain. Private, off-street parking for up to two vehicles is provided in the driveway for your convenience. Please let us know if you need parking for more than two vehicles and we can make arrangements. Our comfy patio furniture and a table are provided for use, so feel free to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy while your dogs run around (an additional 4 camping chairs can be provided upon advance request). We provide a few toys for your use including tug toys and a ball and chuck-it, please return to the toy bucket when finished. Have your dog try out our new tree-mounted tug toy for a fun challenge! We also provide a clean bowl or paper water bowls and a jug of water for you to pour fresh water for your pup. Please toss your used water bowl in the trash bin in the driveway on your way out if you use a paper bowl. Poop bags are provided for your convenience. To minimize the spread of illness, please do not bring your dog to visit if it is sick. *Spring 2024* Please pardon our mess as we make some landscaping upgrades! We will be finishing the new retaining wall shortly and are working to grow new grass.

West Seattle, fully fenced yard on a two-tiered slight hill for lots of running space and exercise. Some Sound and Mountain Views depending on where you are in the yard. There are some shade trees, and access to water for dogs; a shade umbrella and seating for humans. Guest WiFi details are available on-site, or message for details. A few gaps of up 4 inches between fence and ground on west side of yard. It's mostly covered by bushes; but if you have a very small dog it could possibly find a way under the gap. Enjoy our quiet rural setting on our 5+ acres with our fully fenced 1 acre play area for your dogs. Our beautiful very scenic Barkley Park sits on over 5 acres, just 3 miles from Old Town Lake Stevens. A little over an acre is securely and newly fenced for your dogs to free run for safe exercise. Our large acreage is open for you to explore and walk as well. Enjoy different places to sit and take in the landscape and open spaces of nature while your dogs gets to play and safe exercise. A lovely place for a picnic. Our park has both sunny areas, and shady areas at all times of the day. Fetch on a few different long, and large lawns that are non fenced that are for Zone Fetching off leash, for those that are in full control of the friendly dogs. We are off the road and a safe quiet private property. No mud ever, all of our property drains properly and is well maintained. We have plenty of parking, our setting is very private above large homestead acreage quiet farmland fields of the Schwarzmiller River Valley, Barkley Park is just 3 miles from old town Lake Stevens. If you choose to be adventurous you may choose to visit the forest area behind the fenced area. It’s a steep hill up with natural woodland ground, lots of ferns, beautiful nature untouched. Old trails exist, we have not cleared them in recent years, very safe exercise, just watch your footing. We have running water with a hose for your convenience at our pump house. Organic Dog treats of the same recipe are available to purchase. Some weekends we have a bakery table of Organic European Sourdough loaves, baguettes, fresh scones,cookies,picnic lunch sandwiches, and of course pup treats. A message in as advanced and we can have yours ready. Just give us a heads up if you would like to indulge and custom order a lunch. You may often see myself, my husband and my mother enjoying the house yard, and patio, working on the property and gardens, area around our homes. An occasional family member might stop by our house unannounced, and deliveries might occur. We live above a farm who takes care of their fields so you may hear mowing in the distance in the valley we set above. We also have 2 very large friendly cats. Please be careful with your dogs if you see an occasional cat. Please leash your dog/dogs upon arrival until you become aware of the setting. Your reservation must include the correct number of dogs in your visit that is stated in your reservation time. Correct or update this if need be before you start your visit at Barkley Park. Enjoy!
