Very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the weather took a turn on us, but definitely loved. The only thing was we had small Chihuahuas that could slip under the gate if they tried. (To be fair they are the size of a guinea pig haha)
The host was kind and responsive to my questions. Clean tennis balls were provided. Overall, though, the experience was quite stressful. I accidentally closed the back gate near the garage incorrectly and my dog escaped. Later, she nearly escaped again near the front of the house at a spot where the fence was slightly askew. Keep in mind, I have a small terrier. This could be a great spot for larger breeds only.
Yard had some dog waste that wasn’t cleaned up.
Nice, fenced in. Toys, water, bags. Will return.
For being on a busier street right by a busy intersection, we really didn’t notice much noise or anything! The dogs we were happy to sniff and run around. They loved running around the pine trees up the small hill. Plenty of space and it was very clean. Will def be back!
Thank you Julia for a wonderful day! I adopted Betty 2 months ago, and this was the first time I could let her run free! She had a blast and so did I! Thank you for providing some water for her, since I didn't bring any with me. The place was big, clean, and she loved the kickballs. We'll definitely be back!
This was our first ever Sniffspot. After a week of rain, I questioned my wisdom in booking but was happily surprised that it was a well-maintained grassy lawn (just a slightly soft spot in a shady area in back, but nothing like the mud pit that currently comprises my own backyard). Although this location is on a busy street, you’d never know it (other than traffic sounds). The property is very private featuring a border of arbor vitaes along a portion of the fence line. Most of the yard is vinyl fencing with one side chain link, but with privacy screening. It abuts a parking lot to the south. My 3 dogs had an absolute blast running, playing and rolling (my boy, Odin is a roller.) There were some balls in the yard. The host provides poop bags and a waste bin for convenience. Parking was on the street but I was able to park directly in front of the entrance gate, literally 10 steps away. They also have parking inside the gates through the alley with advance notice to the host. The host does not provide water, but I always keep a jug/bowl in my car, so no problem. Along the fence line in back, there are some burrs. My dog’s bushy tail found a few but I was able to remove them before they became embedded. I suspect tiny dogs (<10 lbs) could slip under the front gate and possibly a few areas along the fence line; that would be my only caution. Otherwise, it was very secure. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing your yard. After the horrible weather all week, you gave my dogs a chance to work off some pent-up energy leaving this dog mom free to go out for dinner without guilt!
The yard is clean and maintained. Coco enjoyed playing with the balls in the yard
Such a private, secure, large playing space for my dogs. They loved it!
Our boys had the best time as our Open House happened. Thank you!

Hello! My husband and I have been dog owners our whole lives however our pup right now has shown us first hand that not every dog is suited for a dog park. We have made a point to make our backyard her own little dog park & we’d love for your pup to enjoy it too!
