It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.

Hi there! My name is Nat and I’m so excited for you and your fur-babies to come visit my home. I work from home during the week and have 2 fur babies with me, Apollo and Meliodas. Despite redundant training and boarding school Meliodas has always been on the reactive side. When I heard about sniff spots I knew that I wanted to be able to both take him to places where he felt safe and create a place where other reactive dogs felt safe as well. On top of this, I am a full time Foster Dog Momma so creating a space that is both enriching and dog friendly is my top priority. The house is completely fenced in by a 7ft wood fence and I also live in a gated community for extra peace of mind.

Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, and free Wi-Fi, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog).
