In the back, you’ll find a peaceful trail perfect for strolls — keep an eye out, you might even spot some deer! 🦌 We’ve stocked the space with toys, cozy dog beds, and chairs so both you and your furry friends can feel right at home. The house was built in the 1940s, so there’s no outdoor water hookup — but everything else is ready for a fun, relaxing visit!

The perfect area for your dog (must be fully vaccinated) to run free and swim to get their zoomies out! A grey bin by the center post in the barn will have bug spray, doggie poop bags, toys and sanitizer. The green trash can is next to the parking spot at the end of the concrete driveway. Enjoy!

On a quiet dead end, just a 3 minute walk from Riverside Village. Enter to the left of house, through wooden gate. Hose and supplies are available as soon as you walk through the gate, past the house to the left. Feel free to move the chairs around the yard if you need a break from the sun. The entire yard is regularly treated with Bifen IT, which eliminates fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes.

The nicely sized back yard typical of donelson area is fully fenced in. 1 side is 6ft wooden privacy fence. 1 side is 6ft chain link. And the rest is house or 4ft chain link. The wooden fence was built due to neighbors medium sized dogs being an issue, they might still bark for a minute if they hear you but are mostly chill now and don't stay outside too long. On the other side my neighbor has two tiny dogs that will bark but I have a visual barrier of metal roofing installed at that 4ft chain link fence and they have mostly chilled out since then too. We have a fire pit, water hose, carport for shade, plenty of trees, dog parkour obstacles, and more. There is a dog door from back yard to our basement but we will close that when you arrive. The driveway is sort of concealed next to the bushes and semi difficult to get in and out of so we will leave you a spot in the gravel in front of the bushes along the road and you can walk down the driveway to the back yard.

$8 an hour its about .5 acres privacy fenced in featuring a large dog pool and a 100 gallon water tank for drinks that is cleaned daily. I have dogs myself but will not have them outside when booked. They will be upstairs portion of my house and will not be able to be seen.

Welcome to my mini farm. We have .7 acres. Backyard is fully fenced. Front and side are not fenced. There are chickens and a pig that live on the property. Chickens can be put up before you come. Animals are used to dogs. If you look into the coop and see some eggs feel free to take some farm fresh eggs with you. There are neighbors beside me, behind and in front that have dogs. You can hear them but can only see the dog behind me. There is a fire pit and egg chairs that you are welcome to use while your dog runs around. Also a trampoline. Water will be supplied.

Welcome to Franklin Tennessee’s private Dog Park situated in a luxurious park like setting in the beautiful country! We are away from others but close enough to get to! You will enjoy an acre of flat grass land that is kept short for you and your pets safety. We have beautiful comfortable benches and chairs set throughout our park! Do you want to be in the shade and feel the cool breeze? Or do you want a tan in the sun? The choice is yours! Your doggies will be able to roam around and you won’t have to be a helicopter dog parent by worrying about them as this park is fully enclosed. We provide some really cool ball throwing toys to include two tennis ball launchers (for littles and giants.) There are also other toys like ropes, frisbees and so much more! There is an agility course available for your use as well! For your convenience we have different types of pooper scoopers so you aren’t having to pick up their poop with a bag! Bottled water will be available for you and your doggy to drink. Whatever you see within the park is yours to use! We just ask that you treat everything like your own and please pick up after your furbaby! We have put our hearts and souls into this for you to enjoy!

A hidden gem in the midst of Smyrna! Nested within the city limits is 25 acres of beauty and splendor - creeks, woods, field, trails, and a crystal clear spring. One side of the property is bordered by rock springs and has some natural fencing consistent with a century old farm and homestead. Walk back in time and enjoy the boundless scenery. Please be aware of the water features as the spring is deep and moves swiftly through the property. An abundance of wildlife live on the farm so don’t be surprised by deer, hawks, skunks, rabbits, raccoons and such. With a farm also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, fox holes, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes. So come prepared!

Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. We hope you will give us a try and visit Nashville's very first Sniffspot and the most popular Sniffspot in middle Tennessee to this day! Read on for details … we love sharing our secret place! This Sniffspot is very conveniently located in southeast Nashville, 20 minutes from downtown, right near Bell Rd/Nolensville Rd between the Hickory Hollow pkwy/Tanger Outlets i24 and Bell Rd exits and the Brentwood i65 Old Hickory Blvd exit. An idyllic setting offers 7+ park-like acres of old farm land, mostly fenced, that includes waterfront access to Mill Creek with adventures for all kinds of humans and dogs to enjoy activities like playing, running, sniffing, digging and playing in the water. Come get your steps in and spend some quality off-leash time! Training, photo shoots, picnics, birthday and gotcha parties, just explore, rest, or relax in the Adirondack chairs while your dogs sniff, zoom, roam, retrieve, sniff, dig, walk, run, and sniff some more. There's creek access to swim, pastures to roam or nap, play areas of tall grass the dogs can explore, sniff, dig or derp around. Even plan your picnic on a blanket or use the picnic table. Get some exercise on the trampoline (Note: use at your own risk!). Make this sniffspot your private oasis for as long as you want.. Kids are always welcome! Just book your play time, bring at least one dog and all humans are free! Mill Creek borders the very back of the property and is available for water play but trees and vegetation and overall acreage makes it easily avoidable if that's not your thing. If you choose to venture to the creek and have a runner, you may want to bring a long lead. The water levels are usually below the knee, but the ability to use Mill Creek safely depends on you, the creek conditions, and amount of recent rainfall. Always assess the abilities of you and your pets- as safety comes first! As Dirty Harry once said, "A man's got to know his limitations." The majority of the property has fencing so once you pass the house on your way to the back fields it's off leash play time! I recommend considering walking the perimeter first (on or off leash) to orient yourself with property features and assess potential escape opportunities. Your dog(s) will benefit from a perimeter walk allowing them to visually identify, mark their spots, and collect sniffs while at the same time reaping the benefit of your pack leaving an invisible "bread crumb" scent trail as you walk which will assist a dog with future identification of the established boundaries as well. This is a natural instinct for many breeds. Note that Mill Creek along the back of the entire property is not fenced but it is mostly obscured at dogs level by trees and vegetation. Tip: When leaving, you may want to leash up before you reach the house - especially if you have a runner since there is no fence on the side of the house you enter and leave the spot. Depending on the water table, there is also a small feeder stream gently flowing through the middle of the property between the side and back fields. It can be great fun for a dog to explore and jump in and out of (just try and stop them!) And great for smaller dogs if Mill Creek is too intimidating. Hint: bring towels! The mature tree lines always provide plenty of shade for those hot summer months. Several foot bridges are available to cross over that small stream between the side and back fields while exploring, and you might even find the occasional old fashioned rope wood swing. A black hose with spray wand attachment is hanging by the house at the entrance/exit if you need to rinse you or your pet. Another green hose is available hanging on the opposite corner in the back of the house by the BACK garage door for your use -along with a water bowl. Feel free to pick yourself wildflowers if they are blooming (late Spring/Summer Varieties), or snack on some blackberries off the fence line if you happen to come while they are ripening (usually mid-June to mid-July).... Bug spray is always recommended spring through fall, Just in case! You can't have all this nature without all the nature. 😉 If the calendar shows the time slot you want is available then book it and it's yours! Be last minute, that's fine! Be spontaneous, that's great! No advanced notice required. (2 hour minimum cancellation required.) If your reservation is early or mid morning, consider to wear waterproof shoes. The dew on the grass will soak your feet! Multiple dog discounts really add up! All dogs after the first dog are 50% off the hourly rate! Conveniently located near the Bristol Motor Speadway in a quiet neighborhood, bring your dogs to Pit Stop Pups to get their zoomies out in a fully fenced 1 acre play area. All the free sticks your doggies can find! While you're here, watch for the neighborhood deer that visit regularly while relaxing on the partially wooded area lot. Amazing sunsets.

Private 25 acres, with 2.5 acres fenced with shade trees for those that would like to just let their dog's roam. And we have about 7 acres of open field that we throw frisbees, chuckits, and balls. It also has a good mowed short walking trail that you can take your dog with you for a walk in nature.

Beautiful fully fenced huge yard in Madison! Our dogs love our new yard as it’s spacious enough for runs and playing frisbee. We’d love to share it with you! Safely enclosed. Short grass. Tall well built fence safe for jumpers. We do have a pool on site but it is fenced separately so your dog will not be able to access the pool area. We provide doggie treats, water, poop bags, paw wipes, toys, bug spray and a sitting area for their humans. Lots of trees to provide shade. We hope you and your doggies enjoy our private park!
