A really big lot for you and your furry friends to come and play. We’re just starting out so as far as amenities come, we’ll slowly be adding them but for now we have the basics. Huge fenced in yard, water, a few chairs, and a deck if you would like to get out of the sun. When you book, we need to secure our animals and get everything set up, due to that please give at least 2 hours notice. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. Please use caution when dog is near that area. Also, there are some small holes along the fence. If you have a small dog and they’re escape artists this may not be the yard for you until we fix it.

Our Sniffspot space and the building under renovation share the same large driveway, but the entrances/exits are totally separate from each other. The yard itself is not being touched, and crew have been asked to not enter the yard unless permission is given. The Sniffspot yard itself is large and separate from (but adjacent to) the building, and the crew isn't working every day, but because I usually prefer to give our guests total privacy, I want to disclose this for anyone interested in visiting. As our guest, you may see or hear construction going on inside one of the buildings, there may be a couple of work cars in the driveway upon your arrival. If you have any questions about the work being done, please feel free to message me before booking.

Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. Welcome to our home ! Where your dog can feel just at home as we do, we are dog lovers and glad to welcome any pet to use our place we just ask to be respectful and treat it as your home, pool is open for use May- September! You are welcome to use durring those months. Pool is open for season 🙂

truly beautiful spot, just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs at all time while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras We have a dig site now, With both fresh sand and separately a dirt mound. We find about half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows.

Two separate yard areas (if preferred for smaller dogs). Yard games, towels and hammock available upon request. Water for you and your pups, use of hose and private lounging/working areas with Wi-Fi. Toys, treats and waste bags for your four-legged friends are also available. Fire pit and kiddie pool available for a small fee.

Large backyard with maintained lawn as the primary area, a shallow man-made pond near the house, shady side yard, multiple seating areas, & bocce ball court along the fence. Property backs to the creek & is lined with pine trees. We don’t treat the pond chemically as it is home to lots of frogs & our own pup likes to drink from it & climb in.

Fully fenced ~1 acre front yard. Driveway parking available, lot is flat. May see horses, sheep and neighbors dogs through shared fence.

I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. Year round there are A LOT of burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. As well, in the winter, post rain, it can get muddy back there. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. We have a beautiful leveled natural grass backyard (5000sft) surrounded by tall trees in the back where your dogs can run stress free and play.

A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business”, smile. That’s a mandatory request. Waste bags are provided in a plastic box with other dog’s supplies) and a BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless, so please arrive always with your own supply of water and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Aloha! Come enjoy a private wood in Piedmont with your pup! We have a driveway for parking, a fully fenced property, as well as additional fencing bordering the Sniffspot, Pono Pines. You will enter through the driveway, turn right into the gate, and follow the walkway through to the Grow Zone. Potty is okay in this first spot. Once you pass under the archways, you will see signs that say “no potty” for just a few yards until you reach the Pono Pines entrance. Pono Pines is equipped with an agility course, ball pit, fetch toys, enrichment toys, a water and wash up station, and many more amenities to make your stay a time of play! Note: Late spring conditions means there will be mosquitos, biting black gnats and some foxtails. Please protect yourself and your pet as necessary. Cool mornings are best time to avoid the bugs. Wear longs sleeves, pants and socks for best protection and use repellant. Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry with some long grass and foxtails along the fences/edges. We mow regualrly but until summer, foxtails are inevitable given the open setting. Please come prepared for these conditions. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us.
