Sniffspot's private dog parks are the best way to exercise your dog. We have the best variety and the best priced dog parks anywhere!
A really big lot for you and your furry friends to come and play. We’re just starting out so as far as amenities come, we’ll slowly be adding them but for now we have the basics. Huge fenced in yard, water, a few chairs, and a deck if you would like to get out of the sun. When you book, we need to secure our animals and get everything set up, due to that please give at least 2 hours notice. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. Hope to see you soon 😊 PLEASE READ: There are very thick blackberry bushes directly behind the house… if your dog is determined they could get in the bushes and possibly in the canal hidden in the bushes. Please use caution when dog is near that area. Also, there are some small holes along the fence. If you have a small dog and they’re escape artists this may not be the yard for you until we fix it.
Welcome to our home ! Where your dog can feel just at home as we do, we are dog lovers and glad to welcome any pet to use our place we just ask to be respectful and treat it as your home, pool is open for use May- September! You are welcome to use durring those months. Pool is open for season 🙂
Half an acre, fully fenced. Includes a 50x100 flat grassy area with regulation agility equipment.
Large backyard with maintained lawn as the primary area, a shallow man-made pond near the house, shady side yard, multiple seating areas, & bocce ball court along the fence. Property backs to the creek & is lined with pine trees. We don’t treat the pond chemically as it is home to lots of frogs & our own pup likes to drink from it & climb in.
A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $9 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. Our most recent addition is a fully functioning restroom within the park perimeter.
We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.
Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. Note: ⚠️ No Fishing allowed in the pond ⚠️ our fish are friends- not food) Be sure to Check out our adventure extras! 🚣♀️🌊🧺⚓️ THANKS😊

We can't wait to welcome you and your furry companions! 🐶🌳 Let the tail-wagging adventures begin! 🌳🐶 An update on our Sniffspot (dated 5/15/2024): We are currently renovating the interior of one of the three buildings on our lot. Our Sniffspot space and the building under renovation share the same large driveway, but the entrances/exits are totally separate from each other. The yard itself is not being touched, and crew have been asked to not enter the yard unless permission is given. The Sniffspot yard itself is large and separate from (but adjacent to) the building, and the crew isn't working every day, but because I usually prefer to give our guests total privacy, I want to disclose this for anyone interested in visiting. As our guest, you may see or hear construction going on inside one of the buildings, there may be a couple of work cars in the driveway upon your arrival. If you have any questions about the work being done, please feel free to message me before booking.
We have a beautiful leveled natural grass backyard (5000sft) surrounded by tall trees in the back where your dogs can run stress free and play.
A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business”, smile. That’s a mandatory request. Waste bags are provided in a plastic box with other dog’s supplies) and a BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless, so please arrive always with your own supply of water and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Have fun!
1.5 acres of open space for dog(s) to run around and play in a fenced secure area. Chickens are in a separate area. This is a great rural pet friendly neighborhood. Your best friend will be happy you brought him/her over. :)
I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. Year round there are A LOT of burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. As well, in the winter, post rain, it can get muddy back there. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. Happy playing!
Nice green space
Need a safe place for you and your pal enjoy our backyard! camera system in place
Beautiful large, fenced backyard. Small and big dog friendly. Peaceful space to run, play, exercise, socialize.
Hello dog parents! I have a fully fenced, two gate yard to provide privacy and peace for your fur babies. As of May 2024, I am renovating my doggie pond/deck area to provide a more friendly environment for the fur babies and the pawrents. There is still plenty of space, toys, and lots of grass for the pups to run around and get plenty of exercise. I hope you will visit soon! I also have a kiddie pool with towels provided to escape the heat of summer.
Note: Late spring conditions means there will be mosquitos, biting black gnats and some foxtails. Please protect yourself and your pet as necessary. Cool mornings are best time to avoid the bugs. Wear longs sleeves, pants and socks for best protection and use repellant. Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry with some long grass and foxtails along the fences/edges. We mow regualrly but until summer, foxtails are inevitable given the open setting. Please come prepared for these conditions. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Message Andrea at 916-712-7059 to arrange an appointment.

Huge backyard to let your pets out and run.
Welcome! Im excited to share my backyard with other dog lovers! Fully fenced yard with a pool thats 9 feet deep with a built in diving board. Also enough cement and grass for your pups to play. Perfect place to relax and let your pups have fun in the summer. For reactive dogs: it is pretty quiet but it’s near a school so you might hear kids walking by. People also walk their dogs so you might hear them. You will not hear or see my own dog and no one will be in the yard during your booking. Please bring your own towels/pool stuff if you plan to swim. Also I have a pooper scooper but please pick up your dogs poop.
Please note the cover photo is from this fall the other ones are current due to water restrictions we can only water certain times which is why the grass may not look as green. We have a kiddie pool sand pit with ball pit balls and your dog can dig here wherever there is dirt.We also have balls for you to throw as well as a station to wash your dog off at.
Aloha! Come enjoy a private wood in Piedmont with your pup! We have a driveway for parking, a fully fenced property, as well as additional fencing bordering the Sniffspot, Pono Pines. You will enter through the driveway, turn right into the gate, and follow the walkway through to the Grow Zone. Potty is okay in this first spot. Once you pass under the archways, you will see signs that say “no potty” for just a few yards until you reach the Pono Pines entrance. Pono Pines is equipped with an agility course, ball pit, fetch toys, enrichment toys, a water and wash up station, and many more amenities to make your stay a time of play!
