This hidden gem is perfect for dogs and humans of all sizes, ☺️ & conveniently located just off the 405 freeway. The entire space is surrounded by walls with a gated entrance. There are toys and treats for your dog(s), and chairs for the humans. We also provide a large dog bowl. We have a 100 foot hose with different sprinkler attachments that you may use as your dog(s) pleases. We also have a kiddie pool for small to medium dogs. It is located in the unincorporated area of Vista off of Gopher Canyon. Property is over an acre, fenced all around with a private driveway gate and a separate entrance gate for your access. There is an enclosed swimming pool area with a yard and patio for a closer eye on your dog(s). There's a large trampoline for kids to release their energy! If you'd like to access the pool itself, you can add it as an extra. There is plenty of space to roam around free and enjoy nature's beauty.

Come run and play on 10 acres! We have a large lawn, many flat and hiking trails with beautiful views! We have a pond that your fur babies and jump and swim in. There are many mature oak trees. It’s so peaceful for you too! You’ll get exercise, enjoy nature, wildlife, farm animals and good old vitamin D! (Sunshine☀️) There are benches for resting and bowls of water and hoses for the dogs.

Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! "This field is huge! My dogs had an amazing time running around and exploring 😍 There is shade under the trees, and the part that wasn't fenced in wasn't an issue for us. If your dogs don't have solid recall, stick to the fenced side. The whole place is so big, you shouldn't have a problem getting a good amount of walking/running in, without coming too close to the un-fenced side. I walked around for about 2 miles, and I'm guessing my dogs probably did twice that 😆 The host was nice and allowed extra time, because I took a wrong turn coming there and was late to my booked time. We will definitely be back."

We have a large plot of sloping land for your dogs to play on. The lot is a fully fenced 2.5 acres with great views and open space for your dog to run and explore. This doesn’t include pool access for dogs, but that’s available for an adjusted price.

The Sniffspot Field is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised access to for the time that you have booked. There is fresh filtered (RO) water and access to toys in this area at all times in addition to other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional enrichment at no additional cost. Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. There has been, however, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings and don't say a word, and return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's unreasonable. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, thank you, Michele, which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. 🐾❤️🐾

This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt/ long crass vegetation. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.

Message about any blocked evenings to book. Amazing Sunsets! 1/2 acre manicured grass field on horse facility and farm. Water is outside of the field at the blue bucket. Feel free to dump the small metal pan to be sure no cross contamination with wildlife or other dogs. Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood. **Foxtails seasonal present in parking area and along fence lines until removal and mulch spreading. Field is clear of most foxtails. Feel free to pull out any random foxtail grass that rears it’s ugly head.** **Please no interacting or touching the horses or other animals** **dogs on leash until all gates are closed and dog is secured on the field** **electric fence surround the horses** Contact for any questions or concerns! Separate gate entrance to the property and separate parking area from the rest of the ranch. Very private and peaceful area. Closed always Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.

Welcome to RanchDog Ranch! We have almost 5 acres total to explore. 3+ acres are free to run and chase and play. We have horses on site and if your dog gets along with them we can introduce them or we can make sure the horses are safely tucked away during your adventure. Plenty of parking, places for humans to sit and relax, shade or sun spots galore.

Dry season advisory: we are currently operating on a members-only basis during the dry season. We will remain open to regular members to avoid disruption to their routines but we are cutting back on new visitors for the time being. Thank you for your understanding and hope to see you next season! --------- Our yard is fully fenced with tons to sniff, beautiful views, and several seating areas to sit and watch your dogs roam. Water bowls, poop bags, tennis balls, ChuckIt, hand sanitizer, and poop scooper are provided by the entrances. ---- Due to several recent guests NOT reading our spot details or warnings, I'd like to reiterate that there are MANY foxtails and burs in the yard and dogs with long/curly coats should avoid booking. We do our best to set accurate expectations up front so you can make an informed decision on whether or not to book. Please look through our photos and read our spot details carefully before your first visit so you know what to expect and have a great time! ------- BOOKING: Members can book up to 2 weeks in advance. Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance. Sundays are usually blocked off for yard work and personal use. -------- You'll receive an automated welcome message with directions, helpful tips, etc 2 hours before your booking starts.

Do you love hiking or walking your pup in a natural setting with loads of smells and places to explore?! Then you’ll love our yard- with extra big boulders for the whole family to enjoy climbing or places to rest and listen to the sounds of nature. A few “heads up” about our spot: - the path to get to backyard is a bit steep. 👟Perhaps plan to wear appropriate footwear🙃 -like most places in San Diego there’s a possibility of snakes and we did have a recent sighting, so please use caution - the fencing on bottom right of yard is a different material, but still secure without any ways for pups to get out, but it can at times shift with weather and may be more possibilities for a pup to go under (I try and check often)🌿 - on the bottom left of the yard their are fire stick succulents🌱 on my neighbors property-the sap of these plants are toxic, so best to stay away! -lastly, if you are planning to come on a weekend morning- our neighbors typically play pickle ball at this time which can be a bit noisy and a distraction to some pups- they’re usually done by 11am. We are a working dog breed & mutts Rescue & Sanctuary. We rehabilitate and domesticate our rescues for furever home adoption within our community! And fundraise our rescue program by providing dog services, such as private playground rentals, boutique non-toxic dog grooming & spaw experiences. Host and produce puppy birthday parties & celebrations. We also have an al fresco self-grooming station available for bookings. We’re also an artisanal soapery that handcrafts all-natural soap and care goods for hoomans and dogs. Shop online and pick up in person. Appointments only! All proceeds suppawt the rescues on the ranch.

This is a private residence where my family resides. We have no pets but the lot is 10,000 Sq ft (that includes a 2200 square ft house). There is a very large grassy area and also large outdoor patio. There is outdoor seating, two hoses for easy water access, and coolers for people beverages.

We are temporarily closed to care for one of our rescue dogs who is ill, except by personal request from past guests. Thank you for your patience. We have mostly 6 foot high fencing, except for 1 corner of the yard, which is 5 feet. (Our humans are going to fix that...) "Way Back" is the back tandem portion of our property, where we love to run around, and we convinced our humans to share it with other doggy friends. Yay! You'll walk through our back yard (past the plastic people, aka mannequins-don't mind them), but please keep your leashes on until you get to our "Way Back" (your humans will explain what "way back" means), then your fun begins! We have lots of open field room for you to run and play. Zoomies expected. Please have your humans take pics so we can feature you on our page. 👍 We'll leave water and picked fruit (seasonally) or snacks for your humans, but let them be surprised. This is a private property only designated for dogs and families to enjoy the lake view and open air. Do you want to throw a doggo party? This is a great spot also for picnics, privacy & even photography, to relieve stress, and/or just that quality time with your furry pal(s). Great place to work on some training skills. One acre fully fenced. Rocky and sloped. Watch out for holes caused by squirrels, groundhogs, and rabbits. It is snake season. While we have not seen any in our field so far, we can't guarantee they are not out there. Not ideal for little dogs. No digging near fences. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. Two cars per visit, please. Water, bowls, toys, and poop bags are in a black box with a yellow lid. Poop scooper and bucket for trash can provided. Please make sure to secure the fence when leaving.

This is a private residence with a separate entrance for back area. Parking available with lots of running, throwing, frisbee room. Will set up amenities listed and needed for the rented allotted time spot. We are a pet friendly household but will be sure all animals are placed up when property is rented.
