*BACKYARD ONLY- FRONT YARD IS OFF LIMITS DUE TO GARDEN AREA* Access backyard by going through front yard, gate will be on the left of the house to access the back. Covered porch area in back with seating. Will have hand sanitizer and bug spray available. Poop bags will be available as well - please clean up after your dogs and throw bags away in garbage bin (by front gate of the house). Agility tunnel is available to use, may or may not be placed out already - if not it will be on the back porch. Dog toys will be available on the porch as well in a little bin. Outdoor kids play house will be available to use, but the trampoline is OFF LIMITS. please do not use the trampoline. Please do not allow dogs to dig. Dog wash station is free to use. Hose will be located on the side by the trampoline, the faucet to turn it on is in front of the house by the front door (there is a hose splitter - make sure the one to the back yard is switched on also). Owners dogs will be inside during your reserved times. Occasionally the train goes by. One bowl of water will be provided upon request. Back yard has two sections that are gated off but you can open gate. Please close this gate and main entrance gate prior to leaving the property.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. The teal bowl will be filled with fresh drinking water for the dogs. I do have a small raised garden, as of now nothing is planted so don’t stress if your furry friends get curious. When I do plant stuff I plan to have a cover but accidents do happen, all I ask is that you try to avoid the garden.
