Busy Fulton Street feels miles away from this grassy, private heaven. The yard is fully fenced in. Feel free to use the patio furniture and hammock, as well as the WiFi password. We are open to neighbors who want to work remotely from here. Please let me know if you have any questions🐶

Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool prior to your visit. What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! Wi-Fi / covered porch for shade and inclement weather / dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out on / bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses and six chickens, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two dogs - and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case happy to discuss and try it out to see if they play well together. Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.

Here at dog world, we have 8 rescue dogs of our own, and we love nothing more than to share the fun of our yard with others! We had a human reactive/dog reactive german shepherd, malakai, who unfortunately passed away before we knew about sniffspot, so in honor of him and other dogs like him, offering our yard is something i’m passionate about. in our .32 acre fenced in yard, we want to be inclusive as possible for all dogs and all owners. with that so, what we have to offer in our yard consists of: 🚨**NEW!!**🚨 -DIG SPOT! In our custom made Dig area, your pup can get their digging instincts out by digging as much as they want in their doggy sand pit. -SPRING POLE! Dog lives tug of war? then they will LOVE our spring pole, which consists of a pole that’s deep in the ground, with a tether attached to it. warning, your pup will absolutely want one to call his own after 😜 -pool is open in the summer, all we ask is that you do not let your dogs claw at the liner (stairs are available). if your dog isn’t a fan of a real pool, we have a dog size pool as well. pool latter will most likely be up due to safety precautions, just take it down. -agility equipment! including 3 jumps, a tire jump, a tunnel, 2 sets of weave poles, and and A frame! -plenty of room to play fetch, tug of war, chase, etc -tall sturdy fencing (with the exception of a few *single* panels loose due to weathering. most of the fencing on the property is 6 ft, with the exception of maybe 9 feet being 5 ft on the side. -dog water from CLEAN bowls -plenty of access to both shade and sun -turf and path around deck -very quiet neighborhood -access to hose and pooper scooper -WE HAVE A K9 BLOWER!! no stress when your dog is soaking wet out of the pool. -lots of parking -wide variety of toys, such as balls, frisbees, flirt poles, rubber toys, chuck its and ropes. neighbors dogs are *occasionally* out. they are only visible if you go out of your way to look through the cracks in the fence , but you cans hear them rustling around when they walk. in the near future, more agility equipment, And enrichment activities will be added. -**NEW!!** We now have a doggy-dig-spot! In this area, your pup can dig to their hearts content.

Large fenced in natural area in a very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of shade in summer. Half lawn and half wooded areas for lots of sniff exploring. Bench for seating and great bird watching for human companions. Wild flowers, wild blueberry and wild black berries.

Right off 9W but quiet and set back enough from the highway. Little over 1/4 acre to run, swim, (kiddie pool) nice and shady in the afternoon with sunny spots for dogs to sunbathe in. Hose access for fresh water.

All we ask is that you leave it as you found it. Enter and exit at your designated times and always bring your dogs in and exit on a leash. They can run free off leash while visiting. Backyard is fully fenced and secure. The front yard is an open space with plenty of amenities upon request - we have toys, water bowls, poop bags and poop bags but you must request. Just ask us if you need anything. Our yard is dog friendly and you can go hiking in the back of the property if you want (ask me questions about anything if you're confused!)

Come let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy, sniffing, and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The in ground pool is available for an additional charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day (please scroll to Extras to reserve the pool). The pool is now uncovered, but not open for swimming until after memorial day. The pool in the off-season is covered by a mesh safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.

The 24 hrs notice is only required for the first visit, so we can sniff each other out. We live on a quiet street, with minimal traffic. Lots of kids and dogs are passing us by all day, though. Our backyard is fully fenced in with two egress gates. There are two small holes in the white fence, please see pictures, as they are only big enough for small animals to pass through. It's a nice, safe spot and we will see lots of our avian, and some burrowing, friends. No dogs live at our house right now but our neighbors do have dogs, too. We would love for some canine companions to come to play. The sprinkle pool and indoor restroom will only be available if we are actually home for your visit.

Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.

Your dog will sleep after chasing their ball back and forth. Plenty of room to build up speed for a great exercise run!
