The pasture is fully fenced, partly with 4 board fencing, and partly with horse safe wire fencing along main road and against neighboring properties. Our current pasture is 3 acres with mainly open fields and a few trees and bushes. When it rains, there can be a small creek down by the road. The neighbor has a small dog that comes out on occasion, but there is wire fencing between our properties. We have a German Shepherd dog on site, but will keep her inside or in our private, fenced-in back yard during guest appointments. To access the entrance, guests will need to drive past the main house to the right and up the hill towards the barnyard. Buildings in barnyard are not available for guests except for use of the hose, which is marked. Located in the upper barn breezeway ( concrete floor) to the left of the parking site. Hose available. Signs are provided to help guests find the hose area, park entry, and parking. Guests: please feel free to move the chairs as needed to stay in the shade or sun for your comfort!

Roscoe Place is .25 acres that is fully fenced so that you and your dog(s) can enjoy the outdoors in a safe, off leash environment. Relax on a private patio while your dog(s) run off that extra energy. Please note: wifi is available as Comcast hotspot. You must have a Comcast account to use Comcast hotspots.
